The hotel was a big complex with a lot of territory, very quiet and peaceful. Quiet little town nearby. What we appreciated the most was the staff. There was an issue with our room, but the staff member fixed it very quickly even though it was Sunday night and even gave us a gift. Then we were late for the breakfast, and they waited for us quietly, very welcoming and patient. the breakfast itself was quite nice.

The rooms are a bit old, but overall clean and very proper. The location is a bit off the road, but with a car very reachable and no issues at all.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was really nice, so the breakfast. The room was clean with a nice shower and a big TV.

Our room was above outside the outdoor seating area, and you can smell the smoke. In the wintertime ,it wouldn't matter, but when it's hot outside and you need your windows being opened, it makes a lot of difference.

Very good hotel strategically in the middle of Frankonia, not far from Nuremberg, Ansbach, Rothenburg o.d.T.. Dietenhofen is a small town but just 15 minutes drive from the closest motorway. The hotel has a good restaurant (but on Sundays it closes at 19.00!), breakfast is ok (but could be improved with more sweet options). Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We didnt know what to expect - we needed hotel for one night on last moment and this one was available fod decent price. And let me tell you, it was a nice choice. Very nice area and very nice hotel as well. Shame we were there just for one night.

The guy on reception / restaurant was not really speaking english. But we managed to communicate :)

- Wooded environement with tennis club as direct neighboor - Large spaces even for a single room - Nice food - Friendly staff - Close to several aminities - Walking distance to town center - Easy access to Nuremberg

- Missing a few places for food (such as restaurants or kind of backeries)

I was amazed at how clean the rooms were .. the staff were absolutely fantastic very helpful and happy . Compliments to the chef for such amazing food.. 10/10

very comfort to my needs, love birds singing early in the morning, welcomed by friendly and warm personnel, hotel restaurant offered great meal for dinner, breakfast has all what I needed

I regretted the lack of curtains. For this reason, the outside light is extremely disturbing and I noticed the idea that we can be looked at from the outside.

Breakfast was very good, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Just bed was a bit soft. Very possitive feedback for late check in until 10pm.

Very Friendly and helpfull staff . Clean and well mentained rooms. Very good food, both for breakfast and in the resturant.
