Very convincing overall package with location, comfort, staff, cleanliness and breakfast. Room was spacious with comfy bed and high quality equipment throughout, from bed, bedware, furniture, light system to bathroom. Very clean. Window can be opened, very good sound insulation of cars‘ noise on the street. Very convenient location close to main station and underground station. Walking distance to city and sightseeing. Very friendly staff. Breakfast selection with good variety, quality of food and drinks as expected slightly above average level, fresh! Very nicely arranged and attentive staff - thank you!

Basically nothing to moan about - we can only recommend to stay there - honestly.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast, if you prefere it the German style. What I additionally noticed, the scramble is made out of eggs, and not egg powder. Coffee is okay, not terrible for sure. The reception is very flexible with check-in/check-out hours. They let us check-in at 6AM and the last day we were allowed to stay till 4PM for an extra cost of EUR 15.00. I'm sure, this depends on the availability, still it was extremely polite of them.

If you have the possibility to bring your own pillow, do that.

Excellent hotel - every single details - signature horse/stable design, materials, colour selections were well thought of. I personally loved their designs. Location also top, walking distance to city center and train station. Fast connection via train to Nürnberg, we took S1 with only 1 stop to Kindermuseum Nürnberg to avoid parking issue - very convenient. Parking available at hotel for €8, especially during peak hours in the evening after long day in Playmobil Fun Park. Much less stress without having to drive around to find free spots. Spacious, modern design & clean room - absolutely top! Bed was especially comfy, I had good sleep on it. Breakfast is absolutely must-have, worth it and delicious. My toddler was so excited with the pancake machine and Nutella machine. A plus is the Photo Booth with beautiful horse as backdrop for fun-family photos and cosy corner with board games, Jenga, books for family to spend time together. Overall, the hotel was a perfect choice for us and it has exceeded our expectations. I would definitely return here to stay next time!

Nothing major, everything is perfect. FYI: Except that there is no longer a fridge or water boiler for making milk in hotel room, one can easily ask or buy basics from receptionist or bars.

Breakfast was goooood Room very goooood (room n° 1) Everything nice, as each time (coming during Christmas und June/July Hairdryer handy!

Airco was not working!! Days (and certainly nights) of 36, 37 °C are not so comfortable without AC. There was no coffee or thee in the room, I like a coffee to start/finish the day (even though the lounge is very nice - but lounge is for beers)

Location of hotel close to train station was wonderful as we did not have car. We asked for quiet room, and it really was very quiet, even though hotel is next to train tracks. Free drinking water in lobby was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Very pleased with everything.

Very happy with our room, except we booked because of available air conditioning as we are from USA and are used to having air conditioner in room. Instead it was only available when temperatures justified air conditioning and then it was sent up from main unit as the hotel deemed necessary, instead of being totally regulated by us.

Excellent property. Comfortable bed, love the clothing storage system. Good shower pressure and really clean and well designed room overall. Good German channels (on TV). Staff is really nice and offers excellent service.

Nothing I didn’t like, just suggestions to make the stay even better: I wish they’d have a mini fridge. When I stayed in their Leo Niu mini apartment units I wished they’d come with some type of cooker… maybe they could offer a portable cooker plate and pot. (Like used when camping). Also, rentable straighteners would surely be a great add on!

Room was good and clean - we did not use the daily cleaning service as it was only a short stay, but the option not to clean and therefore receive a voucher for use in the hotel is a great idea The hotel was generally clean The breakfast was good as well The location is a great central location with the great connectivity either walking, car or public transport

1. That there was no kettle and cups to make a tea or coffee in the room without having to leave the room. Most other hotels we have stayed at do offer this option. 2. Lack of a gym, but the vicinity to the Fuerth Stadtpark made up for it in a way.

Spotless clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, plenty of plugs (one on each side of the bed). Everything is modern. The bathroom is big and there's plenty of space to store toiletries. Quite close to two U-Bahn stations and Fürth main train station. Plenty of stores and supermarkets at walking distance. Nice personnel, good vibe at reception area. Ideal to visit both Fürth and Nürnberg.

The pillows are a bit on the soft side.

Nice comfortable spacious room, good breakfast, good value for money. Close enough to station and U-Bahn to make travelling to Nurnberg and Forchheim, Bamberg etc. Free beer in exchange for managing without daily room cleaning which is also good for the environment. The hotel was not noisy and the nearby road and rail traffic could not be heard from inside the hotel.

I was happy to save money by being away from the main attractions but allow for the extra time to get to you rplanned activities.

Room was big enough. Very good air conditioning system. Although the room was at the first floor and the street was at 5m from the window, the sound insulation was very good. The bed was big enough for two adults and a small child(just like home). The bathroom was big with planty of space and shelves to put your things. Free cold raspberry ice tea at the reception. Great coffee. Delicious pizza. The dough was perfect and the filling light and tasty. Very friendly staff. Football table in the lobby :) Fun!
