We enjoyed everything about the hotel. They gave us a very nice, spacious room with a balcony...The room and the hotel was very clean. The manager and the staff was smiling , helpful and friendly. We had all we wanted for breakfast. The spa was very nice, I even had a relaxing massage. There was tea, water, fizzy drinks, cholocate in the room as treats. Location was great ; promenade by the sea on one side only few minutes walking distance, Shopping street Corso Roma on the other side few minutes walking distance...you can walk or drive to Old Town. So we have chosen a perfect hotel...

We liked everything and we highly recommend. The only suggestion is to put some olives and some vegetables (tomatoes at least) at breakfast, to make it fabulous.

This is a lovely restored villa hotel property near the sea but away from the crowds of central Gallipoli. The spiral stairs, stained glass windows and amazing woodwork in the common area of the hotel are beautiful and we were also glad for the modern lift. Our room was pleasant and especially nice to have a large balcony just outside. The bathroom was wonderfully clean and loved the colorful patterned tile decor. Nice breakfast in the morning. Also appreciated the staff who made us a reservation at Il Bastione, a wonderful seafood restaurant.

The only drawback for us was lack of a good space to store our bicycles but if you aren't a cyclist that won't be a problem. Also be aware that it is a good 20 minute walk to the island of Gallipoli which is where all the historical sights are. We liked being in this more peaceful neighborhood.

The staff were so helpful and lovely. I arrived early and they kept my bags and gave me breakfast and helped me rent a bike. Everyone was welcoming and when I got into my room the room was amazing! The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was huge and so clean. The location is perfect as it is right near shops, restaurants and a short walk to the old town.

Staff: 10/10 (exceptional kindness). Location: 9/10 (0.6 km from the railway station and 1 km from the old town). Room: 10/10 (modern and spacious). Toilet: 10/10 (modern and spacious). Beds and pillows: 10/10 (extremely comfortable). Sound insulation: 8/10 (the entrance doors of all rooms are quite noisy, while the walls are excellently sound-insulated.). Hygiene: 10/10 (impeccable cleanliness). Breakfast: 9/10 (the food is extremely tasty; only vegetables were missing, such as tomatoes and olives). We were especially impressed by the owner's dog Pablo. He is, without a doubt, the main star of the hotel.

The location was good and Anna was very informative. The place was clean and comfortable. Great spa too if you wanted to book.

Couldn't get hot water in shower. The staff at the spa were not very interested and couldn't get there attention.

I like the cleanliness and every little touch in this hotel. The hotel have class.
