The space, ameneties that was included in the room, was a great value. Was a plus the 15 minutes massage for one of us, eventhough we couldn't get it, our lack of time.

We have a problem with the lock of the door everytime we go in, we reported on our entrance and it was just brush off and just give us a change of keys. On our exit we reported again when reception personel asked about stay and she immediatly took action. We also went to eat at the restaurant we ordrer tacos, the tortilla were very stale and hard on the edges and the octopus was overcooked. Our drink: bloody mary and no spices on it, without ice, and the celery really old, they were deliver after we finish eating. We ate and drink all because we were really hungry and tired, we were travel since 5am and went to eat dinner around 7:30pm.

We booked very last minute because our previous hotel canceled on the day of our arrival. Even though the staff had very short notice of our arrival, everything needed was prepared and they responded very quickly to our messages. The rooms were big and they gave us all the amenities needed.

The location is a bit far from the city, and there was some construction going on in the area. But the price was great.

Suites are spacious and quite clean. Very well equipped

The toilet flush doesn't work properly in any of the two bathrooms in the suites

I could live here. Great location. Easy walking distance to Polanco and nearby environs. Comfortable, clean, spacious modern, nice minimal kitchen, dining room that seats six so you can have dinner guests. Comfy living room. Great soundproofing. I am a musician and could practice on my trumpet without issues. Pet friendly. I booked for three adults and was pleasantly surprised that our third adult had a queen bedroom with their own a full bath. That was an added surprise bonus. So, this would have been great for two couples or a family with children.

We always went rather late to breakfast, which the staff did not appreciate. Breakfast was included in my booking. Breakfast was simple but still much better than most hotels that included breakfast in the U.S. I think they could improve the quality of breakfast for consistency. Perhaps even look at how hotels in Europe do breakfast. I ordered the same thing every day of my stay, a vegetarian omelet. Most days, it was good with sauteed mushrooms and onions, but one day my vegetarian omelet had thickly sliced raw uncooked carrots and zucchini that was about the same as the carrots. But, there are good restaurants right next door. They did not allow me to park my own car. I guess that is how they do things here. It was nice, but you are expected to tip each time they get your car.

Breakfast was good but with limited options, nobody told us it was included only till 10:00 a.m. and after that hour you have to pay for it. However, the staff in the restaurant was very polite and friendly.

The kitchen was poorly implemented. There was also another weird thing to mention - when you turned the light in the bathroom for some reason that turned on also light (one luminaria actually at the bathroom entry) in the bedroom, pretty annoying at night when you are sleeping and your partner has to use bathroom waking you up with that useless light. There are low voltage luminarias (4W) they could plug in the bathroom as a safety light, it is not necessary to turn on bright nasty light in the bedroom! That was really annoying all three nights we spent on the property.

Very spacious and clean

It has a kitchen, for temporary stay, but they don’t provide a dish cloth or an oil for cooking. It would also have pans, except one for boiling water. Very odd The room also lacks a full body mirror and a better hair dryer

Location. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Instant scorching hot water. Plenty of amenities like living in an apartment.

No power outlets by the desk in the office room. Toilets don't flush well. Power outlets all very loose and I had to use night stands to hold chargers in them. Very poor internet connection, slow and unreliable. Poor lighting.

Prime location. Great service.

Internet could be better. We room has it's own router (the signal is strong) however the speed, stability was not at the hotel level.

Breakfast was simple and almost no selection. Room, bathrooms and bed were good. Room service was also good.

We had to go to a place in Polanco. The hotel was to far from that place. For a hotel like San Isidro Suites the Breakfast was poor. The location of the hotel might be good for business, but not for tourists. There is a lot of traffic.

What I liked the most was the space of the room and the people who work there were very kind.

I did not like the door in the shower. It made me feel insecure. The address where the hotel is located was a bit confusing to get to.
