Check in male staff, Joey and bellboy Dragon were amazing, they went the extra mile to make our stay perfect Joey took initiative to help me out as I cannot read Mandarin well. Dragon helped us under the hot sun without complaints, and even offered tips on where to explore Hangzhou. All staff were welcoming and we were always greeted with smiles, including the cleaning lady on 12th floor!

Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of Chinese and Western foods. Creative and modern lobby seating and decor, nice complementary drinks too in afternoon.

Map location on Google maps for hotel is incorrect but correct on Apple maps. The hotel isn’t on the West Lake but it is about 10 minutes away by foot. It is just a couple of blocks from it so still good for us since we could pass by a lot of shops on the way to eat or buy things. A nice mall is a block away with Uniqlo, Starbucks, and many restaurants.

The room is spacious and spacious. The hotel itself is located in a good location. You can access many streets by walking in a short distances from the hotel.

The hotel charges a very high deposit when check-in (almost one-third of the total price) The staff informed me that if you pay by card, you have to wait up to 7 days after check-out until you get the deposit back. HOWEVER, they also informed me that I should pay by Alipay as it only takes 2 hours to get the deposit back after check- out. I paid the deposit by Alipay as they said but I still have not got the money back anyways :(

The hotel staff were all very efficient. It is close to Xi Hu and its attractions. It is also near to shopping malls and one will not lack choices in terms of food.

The room's layout took a while to get used to . The room size is fine, but I find it strange that it has so many partitions. I would prefer an open concept, rather than an enclosed study, for example. Maybe this is meant for the business crowd.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Staff are amazing, truly can't do enough for you. Location, perfect, meters away from bars, restaurants, shopping and short walk (5mins) to the gardens and west lake. Rooms are spacious & comfortable, they are also fully equipped with everything you need from coffee, tea, toiletries & steamer for clothes.

The room was cozy and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good. You can walk to the west lake. We got welcome drinks at the bar and the waiters were all very kind.

The service in the restaurant (breakfast) was average. The area of the lobby was quite windy and cold. Room was a bit small and no view at all. There isn't any luggage stands / racks inside the room and you need to put your luggage on the floor to unpack.

The location is great! It's a short walk to Xihu! The room was really clean. I love how the hotel provides a Dyson hairdryer and toilets are equipped with bidet! The decor of the hotel is really pretty, you can see how much effort they put into the space. Best part is, there are free cocktails for the night at the lobby bar! :)

Great location, great staff. Joey, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful in getting us a free upgrade to the king loft with other amenities. Kids loved the two floors and we enjoyed the huge living room too! Will definitely book again!

The day we checked in, there was some construction right next to the hotel and we could hear the drilling during the day, but the work stopped a day later so everything was fine.

Excellent room facilities. Loved location, the free daily cocktails. The super friend tour coordinator located at lobby. For 5 hr car around Hangzhou only US$50. For whole day to wuzhen n xizha US $100 and to airport for 5 plus 10 luggage is only $250..

The hotel is good. Breakfasts are fine. The location is good as well.

The lake view is not that from the pictures at booking.com. Lake is more far and hided by surraunding buildings.
