The Hotel manager Mr. Mihrab Abdul Karim was really cooperative. The check in and check out was smooth. The hotel building was good. The electric kettle was there in the room to make tea or coffee. The market was at walking distance.

The breakfast was very limited, no fried eggs, no eggs amalate, even found boiled eggs in very cold condition. No fruits, no fruit juice, no bread was available. The hotel management require to put at least one microwave-oven or toaster and add up eating stuff to improve breakfast condition.

When I made a reservation for this hotel I was a bit skeptical. Because the appearance of the building itself did not look very attractive. However, inside everything is magnificent, beautiful and clean. The staff greeted me very attentively. As for the room, yes, the flooring is old, but it was super clean. Everything worked fine in the shower, there were no leaks anywhere. The bed linen was also clean. We checked in, went to have lunch, and when we returned, a kettle was already waiting for us in the room, although we did not remind the staff about this. Almost opposite the hotel there is a good medium-sized supermarket. So I got exactly what I needed from the accommodation, according to my habits during the trip. So I can safely give an excellent rating. P.S. There is also a parking lot next to the reception, which I also used

Loved the location. Close to all places in Gabala city centre. Good breakfast. Good room service. Food was very nice and well priced for value. Great view of the mountain. Even though in the heart of the city was peaceful over Christmas.

No remote for the AC. Very difficult to change settings manually as placed in tight place in the room. Towels were not soft.. very rough. More hangers needed. Water dripping from toilet tap.. Bad smell in toilet.

the property is well located with restaurants and shops around to take a stroll around. we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite room which was good too. i wish it had a good view. Thank you!

This hotel is located in the center of Gabala city in a quiet environment. Close to banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and pharmacies. All the taxi drivers and people we met knew this hotel by name which was very convenient for us to get back to the hotel after our excursions outside. The hotel staff spoke good English,were very informative, friendly and were very attentive to fulfill our requests. A very good breakfast was included in the package. The room was clean and quiet with a nice mountain view. Definitely worth the money you spend for the hotel.

Easy to locate , just off the Ismail Bay Gutgashinli road. Big Rooms Morning breakfast. Hotel staff helped in arranging a taxi to Baku. Thank you so much for the help.

Noticed very late that the other room was not getting warmed up as the room with sofas , but was not uncomfortable either.

Ismayil was very friendly, helpful and gave us great recommendations for dinner. He also very kindly upgraded us. Great location and very spacious room. Easy parking right outside

The bathroom was okay. Clean but very compact It says it is a 5 star hotel but it is more like 3.5 - 4 star
