Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating. Amazing staff! When booking my reservation, I booked one king, and One double queen room. Upon Arrival, we were put in two king rooms. When I mentioned to the front desk that I thought I had booked double queen, they mentioned that it was probably Unavailability issue, but they quickly made the accommodation.

The updated shower and mirror were cool and cutting edge, practically needed an owner’s manual to operate. While taking a shower, I had soap on my face and it cut off mid-shower. It did that multiple times and I never could figure out why. It also never got up to the temperate I had it set to. I love technology, but this was a fail for me. My kids thought it was cool though. I did love the different lighting / shade settings in the bedroom area though, except the roller shade was broken.

This hotel is beautiful the 16th floor is incredible . My husband and I booked a room for our anniversary and I got a call from the hotel letting us know they upgraded us to the penthouse which was out of this world nice. It was 2 stories glass fireplace bidet I. Each bathroom huge rainfall shower the mirrors in the bathrooms were touch screen and played music and you could view the weather. The lighting options for each room was also incredible. We will absolutely stay here again the location is right on sundance square so you don’t have to travel far at all to do all the things. The valet was top notch as well.

I loved the property

Decor and location were great! It was an easy walk to just about everything downtown. The elevators are pretty small. I realize there's not much to be done about that. Overall, the stay was good and I would be happy to stay there again in the future.

The check in process was simple enough. I don't like the fact that there is a $45 fee for valet parking. I just walked from the free parking garage on weekends a block away. It is already on the pricier side of the scale. Which is fine! But, I would like to see more options for parking.

The location, the fact that it’s a landmark.

1- To be honest, the smell of the hallway. 2- the hallway was creepy, if I had been staying alone I would be scared. I couldn’t tell if there were any other people staying there. It just felt very creepy and looked outdated. We went to the 16th floor and it did not look like the 15th, so it did make me wonder why we got that location. Interacted more with the valet employees than staff at hotel. So to summit up, the floor we stayed in does not look or go with what the lobby, restaurant, bard and what we saw in the 16th floor.

The room was luxurious, elegant, and beautiful. The views were amazing and we loved the design. The King bedrooms were overbooked, but we were given two Queens. Slightly disappointing as it was our wedding night, but the complimentary champagne softened the blow. Only other negative was that the shower only reached a certain temperature before plateauing. Honestly, it was only lukewarm. Overall, we wished we had stayed longer!

The beds were ridiculously comfortable. And while the shower was needlessly advanced, it was a delight having different shower head options.

Too dark - the rooms were furnished in oppressively dark colors, and the lighting was on the dim side. Also, the hallways, while paying homage to the Art Deco movement, were very antiseptic. The rooms should also have "please clean" door tags.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was walking distance to everything that we wanted to do and I felt very safe there being 7 months pregnant. The roof top bar was very nice and relaxing. And the rooms were very nice and clean.

The only thing we did not like was being right next door to the elevators room 502 I believe. Because we did hear it all night, so I believe we should not have been paying the same amount that the others had to pay.

I liked the vibe of the room especially with all of the high-tech that was available. Most of all, the beds are so comfortable! The room was very quiet which was exactly what I was looking for.

One of the reasons that I picked the Sinclair was for the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, with all of the rain it was closed. That happens. Looking forward to experiencing it the next time.

I love the staff and the whole vibe from the hotel. The Christmas decorations are gorgeous and compliments the color scheme of the hotel perfectly.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. I would say to maybe to let your guests know how much they are paying for valet a day? Other than that no complaints!
