Modern rooms which are decorated beautifully. Very delicious breakfast buffet with various foods. Staff was super nice! Italian restaurant in the same building. Food is delicious there too but sometimes you have to wait a little for your food. Location is in the middle of this gorgeous little town. A beautiful park with a big playground is right around the corner. Also the big garden Center has a flower park with a cafe and a huge playground. Perfect for a family! Ice cream shop and a cafe is nearby. All in all such a pretty place to stay.

Sadly there were no rooms for all of us so we had to stay in two separate rooms. That was a little bit of a downside. Parking is a few steps away and you have to keep coming back to change your parking clock every two hours during the week.

Very kind staff, real nice renovated modern hotel, exactly what you need for a short business trip. Hotspot authentic location, I could reach everything by walking. Great breakfast.

That de Wifi connection from the room does not work in the breakfast area. Another login is needed there? Issue solved with an WiFi amplifier. Very pitty that Monday is closure day for the restaurant, I only stayed one night for business and wasn't therefor unfortuantely not able to visist; it looked great (much better than the alternatives in the little town 😇)

Centre of Main Street but set back from the road. The new rooms are very quiet overnight and had everything you need other than tea and coffee making facilities which seems to be the norm in Germany. The beds were extra long and quite firm but comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of everything hot and cold, sweet and savoury and served in a large and comfortable room. We also had dinner in the restaurant outside the Front of the hotel which was good. We were able to store our bicycles inside the hallway, safe and dry.

It’s summer. It gets hot. Why do most hotels insist on still giving you a thick quilt as if it’s the middle of winter. There is no air conditioning but it rained overnight so we were able to open the windows to cool down. Note to management - change the way the doors close so that they can close quietly so not to disturb fellow guests.

Hotel Lutz is well situated in Rain with a great restaurant at its entrance. My room was spacious and very comfortable with everything I needed. They also serve a fantastic breakfast with a huge variety of eateries to choose from.

Dog got his own bed and was welcome to breakfast, in addition the hotel is sharing with a nice Italian restaurant. Finally, nice walking area around the town, appreciated by dogs.

We had a small issue with the cleaning.

Excellent stay at Lutz hotel. It is conveniently located near restaurants, pharmacy and parking. The breakfast is great and rooms are very clean. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Very clean and well taken care of, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! We highly recommend to explore the village (we stayed for 1 night in transit). As a bonus there is a nice Italian restaurant in the same building as well.

Lovely hotel, good location, cool and comfortable room. Really great breakfast - great selection of foods.

Room only had a thin white net curtain so stayed very light all night - shame as really comfortable otherwise.

Since we were rather late the staff called us pro active to ensure that we get our keys via a keybox. Very tasty breakfast and very fair price
