The hotel was very good. The location is excellent, right across from the airport and next to a great italian restaurant. The check-in and check out process was fast, and there was plenty of parking in the basement. The breakfast buffet is consistently good. There is a nice area to eat breakfast and relax. The check out time was nice to have after a long day of travel.

Something minor, but to get access to the elevator from the basement garage, you need to request a separate key card.

The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean, room service was quick and very good.

Online, it was listed as pet friendly, which is why we chose the property. When we got there,the staff said it was only service animals with documentation. They did, however, call their manager, who allowed us to stay. They really went out of their way to accommodate us, with our medium size dog and our cat.

Location right across from the airport worked perfectly for us. We stayed here twice, the night we arrived and the night before we departed Tampico. (Our land-based travels took us further inland for the rest of our trip.) Airport shuttle was free and easy to arrange. Breakfast was excellent.

It was comfy, equiped, very friendly staff and I even got room service from a restaurant nearby. The airport shuttle is very practical, they come and go very often and you dont need to book in advance.

The breakfast can be better

Seems like they added a few more options for breakfast since my last stay. I didn't really have breakfast this time around, butI could see waffles and more fruit on the buffet bar.

While working from my room I had a bit of intermittency with the WiFi connection.

Breadfast was good to start a day with.

This is a great place to stay everything was great that's why I always stay at this hotel
