The hotel met all our expectations. We arrived there in the evening after long commute from Karimunjawa, and were welcomed with drinks even before finishing the check in. The reception upgraded all 3 rooms to the executive suites on the 10'th floor. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there was a nice water flow in the shower. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were soundproof.

It is an excellent option. Location is quite central, so you can move fast from everywhere. The service was very nice, and all the people were super helpful. Finally, the breakfast... it is absolutely worthy... In many good hotels you have the same buffet... not here. Here has delicious varieties of local and international food, where you can feel in each option that they really care about the client. Delightful.

I dont like that they dont have pick up service from the airport. Its a shame because is the only thing missing in this hotel to be outstanding in all its dimensions! Also, but this is because of the city, at night there are many mosquitos in common open areas like the pool.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. The floor to ceiling window with views over the city gave the room a wonderful light and open feel. Very inviting and relaxing. The breakfast was just incredible. So much variety of excellent quality and attentive staff. All staff were wonderful. Certainly a quality hotel.

We did not have our own transport and there were few options within walking distance however Grab was cheap and easy so ended up not being too much of a problem.

Loved the view from my room. Room was clean, and AC worked well. Bathroom amenities were well stocked.

Cramped parking space. Pizza's The key card to your room floor does not always work on the lift, and the entrance to my floor was always unlocked.

Welcome drink of a sort of ginger and cinnamon tea. Great breakfast buffet. Nice dining area by the pool. There was a lovely breakfast supper one evening on a Friday. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely view of the city from the floor we were on.

The gym was composed of very old and mostly non-functional equipment. The free weights did not have enough plates to be usable in any real way. The eating area is near the pool, and the floors are extremely slippery when wet.

We had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Our only disappointment was when they closed the pool for for the day for cleaning without notification.

Pool towels only 1 per room allowed. This is not acceptable to share one towel!

The pillows little too huge! The the bed linen have aged, could've provided better sheets.

The staffs are friendly. The room is so spacious. The bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Lot of option for breakfast and most of it are tasty. The location is not too far to Kota Tua. If you want to try local culinary, Warung Pakne Heksa is the best option near the hotel.

Lack of room decoration compare to room size.

Excellent staff, nice pool, spacious rooms. I recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Wifi problems, gym is very hot, breakfast is mediocre.
