The location was perfect! 2 minutes distance from the beach. Across the supermarket and very nearby the central station and the small city centre. We stayed on the 2nd floor but you can always inform if they have a room available on the ground floor. Cosy room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Mini fridge & nespresso were in the room. There’s no wardrobe closet but they have enough clothes hooks. Very friendly hotel owners! I really recommend this boutique hotel.

Everything was good. 1 point: the mattress was a bit light & soft, so you have to be aware that it doesn’t shove to much

The location is convenient, well connected to train station, city centre, the sea.

The hair dryer wasn't working. It was quite noisy in the morning with the cleaning staff. I wanted to sleep in, but the cleaner was noisily checking if my room was locked. It would be nice to have a sign on the door to not disturb.

The staff was extraorninarily friendly. They gave us un upgrade when they saw my friend´s injured foot, to have her stay more comfortably. The food was very good. I love the design of the lodge. It showed a lot of their attitude, when theyx helped several people who got caught in a bad storm outside while we were having breakfast. These people are so kind. I also liked the vicinity to the train station that took us directly to Amsterdam Central.

I guess, due to the storm, the drainage of the bathroom smelled a little annoying. But it disappeared when the storm left too.

Very nice room, nicely painted, warm, very clean. Perfect beds for a perfect sleep. Very large bathroom. Friendly atmosphere. Close to everything in Zandvoort and one minute to the beach. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended. And thank you Tessa for your special kindness!

I loved the location, the very friendly owner and accommodation was great. Richard was very welcoming and gave great advice on where to find things. I had a few days off before starting a new job and decided to go away and relax. This was perfect and well worth the price, brilliant

If I was ultra, ultra picky I'd say the room was a tad small for a double. You couldn't get around one side of the bed to use the blind or change the radiator setting. Also a bedside table would be useful for putting things on when in bed i.e. a cup. As I said that is being very critical and i would definitely return.

Lovely Hotel, we enjoyed every moment being there. We had a Bathroom and a Bathtube in the Living/Bedroom which we used instead of the shower. I Would totally book that Hotel again. The owner even prepared the Room like i wished to suprise my lovely one. View over Zandvoort and Ocean was awesome. Breaksfast was nice Aswell , you are able to Choose between 3 "Meals".

Very cute and cozy location. In good weather the outside breakfast area is very nice.

The only thing that could be improved is that my mattress kept moving off its foundation. Would be good to put velcro or something to keep it more steady.

Had an amazing stay at Boutique Lodge. The breakfast was beyond great, and they catered to my gluten and lactose intolerance. Always helpful and so kind. They made it easy to travel alone. I'll gladly come back again!

The Boutique Lodge was a cute little hotel with steep and narrow staircases and cozy rooms. The host and hostess were accommodating and more than pleasant. The hotel was a short walk from the train station and close to the beach.

The radiator in our bathroom was not working.

The owners were amazing and super helpful! Would definitely stay here again. The location of the hotel is perfect. Access to the beach from the hotel is just a couple steps away!
