Always nice to come back here. It's our favorite place to spend the night while traveling in France, returning to Holland. The setup is like a motel, you park your car in front of your room. The rooms are very big and are air-conditioned. Toilet is separated from the shower. You will also find a small fridge in your room. The host is very nice and speaks English and French. In the morning the host prepares a simple breakfast for his guests in a separate building and will offer a homemade marmelade to you which you definitely should try.

Ideal variant for a sleep over! Very modern, super clean and was warm already on the arrival. Еxcellent sound insulation.

I think, it's important (and, moreover, is definately the Booking.com standard) to have the exact information about the possibilities to get food in vicinity (as well as about breakfast times) in description and not to waste time gaining it from the clients' feedbacks or through extra messages and phone calls. Having carefully studied the reviews I was sure, we'll be able to dine, but at the last moment found out that in January ALL THE NEAR BY RESTAURANTS are closed. Well, anyway, pizza automat is always for ones disposal ...

This hotel is new, super well located close to the highway (which is ideal when you need to stop on the way to your final destination= and yet quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can park the car right in front of your door.

Unfortunately, there are very few options for food in the area and the nearest restaurant was closed. Luckily, there’s a big supermarket close by, with a very well priced gas station nearby.

Nobody upon arrival! Took a little while to contact property as the given phone numbers did not Work! No Breakfast possible lady refused to come earlier than 9 am , we had a long trip ahead 800 km. Fridge not working! Which was a problem as we had food with us for the trip.

Perfect hotel. It's a prime example of how simplicity and just things done right can elevate the experience. Perfect heating simple way to select your desired temperature to thr degree. Big long beds Soft comfy. Spacious room Good clean shower with a little chair so you don't break your spine if you want to wash your feet. Basic hotel but purposely build and you can tell ppl put some tought into it. I drove an extra hour just to get there and I would do it again!

Shower could use a small shelve to put up your wash products. Little warning sign that the heater can take up to 10 min before it shows some signs of life. (heater was very modern and strong enough, just took some time to wake up)

Poor hotel website (not needed because of Booking.com) | not possible to attach the refrigerator power cord, where it was located (worked after moving it)

The family room was very large (2 connecting rooms) and with load of beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds and a ct in 1 room and 3 single beds in the other room, and of course 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent and the immediate proximity of the Tesla supercharger was so convenient ! Great place to sleep over when you have a long travel.

The rooms were a bit cold and the hot/cold unit did not seem to work very well. But there were extra blankets, so all was good.

We stayed for one night on our way south and the hotel loaction is super convenient next to the highway. Despite being close to the highway no noise. We were with five and had two connected rooms with was super spacious. Parking in front of the room. Shower was particulary good and the rooms were also very clean,

We coudnt make the wifi work and you should be aware that there is really nothing else to around the hotel. No restaurants nearby (we only found restaurants in Langres which was a 25 min drive). Matrasses were quite hard but ok.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms close to the highway. The breakfast was pretty good and served in true French hospitality. The breakfast definitely delivers a lot of value for money.

Currently, Non Tesla EV's like my Volkswagen ID4 could be charged by one of the many Tesla Super Chargers. According to the owner, this should be taken care of by September 2023 at the latest. In itself, it is not really a problem, since there is a very modern charging station some five minutes drive South on the A31 at the Aire de Montigny le Roi Engie charging station: 6x 300kW CCS-combo, 1x ChaDeMo 60 kW and 1x CCS 22kW AC.

Great location for first stop with Electric car towards South France / Spain. Access with keycode gives flexibility in arriving ( with heavy traffic) without bothering the staff. The room is so clean it feels you are the first guest. Also the rooms are very big. The Tesla supercharger is available for all cars and gets your car charged for the next day before you go to bed
