It was a beautiful facility in a great location in Sri Racha. I like everything from the breakfast buffet that was quite extensive, room very clean with comfortable bed, and the staff was excellent and accommodating. The director manager of the hotel by the name of Thitlehun was excellent during my Unfortunately accident while I was in Thailand. I suffered a bad fall in a tour and fractured by ankle. As a result I had to return to the USA for further medical treatment. While making arrangements to return home and getting out of the hospital there in Thailand the manager and the hotel staff made accommodations during by last days of my stay bearable. I am so grateful to him and staff for being empathic to my unfortunate situation. I will forever be grateful.

the hotel put me inannex building , while there were rooms in main building. The quality of annex building was not in acceptable standard and aircondition was not working properly. In any case,, the hotel changed my room to the main building which was satisfactory. but why the hotel did not put me in the main building from the first tinstance ???

- size of the room is larger than average - good breakfast - location is located in the middle of Si racha

-the facilities are quite old e.g. table tennis and their racket, the fitness room

Good location and there are many food area. Also near by beach side. Very close to beach and good for walking around in the morning.

Totally nice but it just want to more water volume. (I understand that hotel put information that they save the water for environmental activity)

The receptionist is very polite.

Parking area is quite narrow and some of cars parked on the way-in parking lots.
