Very near to airport and all amenities are very good. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, good restaurant. My kid loved all the animals in the garden.

In house restaurant closes at 10:30 and outside food is not allowed. We reached to hotel at almost closing time due to delayed flight and had to rush to eat. May be good if they allow outside food when restaurant is closed. This is just a suggestion, apart from that every thing else is very good.

Staff was really courteous and especially Uttam who was in restaurant. Last time we had loved the Malpua and Rabri so this time even though it was not there, he somehow ensured that by dinner time he was able to serve us that.

Kids play area has few hen and like last time one of the hens tried attacking our kids. They should be kept locked when kids are playing.

Breakfast was Awesome. Food was v tasty and served clean. Courteous Staff and Good Management. Activities and Facilities were equally good. Room could have been little more bigger and we personally don't like Spring Beds. We made it comfortable for 3 of us and hence, didn't remind for the extra bed which was opted before. Bathroom door needs to be addressed as its v hard to open and close. Otherwise, All Good!!!

Excellent stay, along with which we also enjoyed the games which didn't let us bore. Swimming pool was clean and maintained. Would suggest surely for group stay.

Nothing such do dislike, but we expected that we could have provided a garden side area for family party celebration.

The staff were friendly , when we checked in we were given a dark room but when we requested a change we were given a good room , Good breakfast

Was a little noisy when we checked in at midnight but we requested they calmed down

Quiet place and front office team are so awesome, I almost been there for 4 times, and I always go early before my check in time and 3 times ingot early check in, Service is good, I like to spend my evening in d bar, its quiet with very good interior and the view

4 times in 3 months I stayed there the only draw back is the maintaince. All for times I got same room but every time I check in the paint condition in room getting worse as I see some more maintaince issue there

The bed size and it's cushioning is very nice as compared to other 5 star hotels. The bath room is too comfortable and hot water availability round the clock. The toilet was very clean. The hair dryer was working in very good condition. The TV size is enough for the room. The cup board was very nice The most beautiful thing is it's two seater balcony, with window from all the sides. The view from the balcony in the night as well as in the morning was too refreshing. The food quality is better than any 5 star hotel, only exception is unavailability of tandoor. The shoe policy machine kept just beside the lift is very helpful.

There are few things which I am hesitant to mention here but needs improvement 1. The breakfast started only after 7.30am in the morning , it is not reliable for guest who want to start their day early. 2. The bath towel should be softer. Presently they are very harsh to skin. 3. Though the TV screen is enough, the number of channels active are very less, at times I can say hardly any channels were active. 4. The bill provided at the time of check out was including both stay charges as well as food ordered. They are not able to provide separate bills unlike other hotels which can provide separate bills. This is really necessary when you are traveling on business trip.

I went with my girlfriend it's a very nice place and really cool. My girlfriend likes this resort very much... Romantic place too...

Actually we went at 11Pm at night but the check out time is at 11am ... Actually i thought it was 24 hours but unfortunately it's 12 hours only but it's ok that it is not a management mistake.

Very nice hotel close to the airport (but not affected by airplane noise). As a family with young kids, we really appreciated the amenities, which included a very large & clean pool, gym, playground, table tennis, snooker table, foosball table and playground. Rooms were great, too, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Not much to criticize... Maybe the staff could be a bit more proactive in addressing guest needs. For example, we weren't initially offered two adjacent rooms despite our needs as a family. Also, when asking for an airport transfer, at first they were just going to give us a phone number rather than arranging the taxi for us. But overall, staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent property, clean room, clean and very nice pool.. Staff gave excellent service.. Very very satisfied.. had a memorable experience.. definitely going back again with family..
