Very good location 100 yards from the beach and 250 yards from Plaza España, the main square. The room was a good size, very clean and had a very comfortable king-size bed. I will return again soon after having 3 visits alone just in December.

There is nothing that I don't like about this hotel

We were welcomed by manager who offered his help if we needed it. He greeted us each time we entered it exited hotel. The location was central to everything. Our room had a ginormous bed fitted with beautifully laundered white sheets and pillows. Bed was extra comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with spotless white towels, which were changed daily. We didn’t have breakfast, not our thing, although it was included in the price. Would definitely recommend to Anyone staying in z Aguilas. Great value for money

Check-in was quick and efficient and is attended 24hrs. Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the shops and numerous cafes and restaurants. Only 100 yards to the beach. Stayed here 4 weeks earlier and my room overlooked the side street and was quiet. This time I had a room at the front which was a little noisier but nothing overwhelming. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. Had breakfast at the adjoining cafe. Pleasant and polite staff and the food is very good.

Nothing at all for me to not like.

The biggest bed I have slept in and so comfy. The room was ideal for me and was perfectly spotless. Central location and only 150yards to the beach. A short walk to plenty of eateries. Adjacent to the hotel was a cafe. Ideal for breakfast. Returning again in four weeks.

There was nothing there that I did not like. Quiet area for the centre of town. Close to all the amenities and the port and castle. Difficult to park there but I went on the free parking at the port and left my car there for two days. No problem.

Very nice establishment in a very good location just 100 meters from the beach. Reception is open 24 hours so always someone to greet you. Good sized room with very comfortable bed and large flat screen tv. Internet was very good also. Close to many café/bars and restaurants. A hotel I will return to.

Nothing to complain about or not like about this hotel.

This is an older hotel but not without a certain charm. The hotel is on the main street in Àguilas very close to the seafront. The room was comfortable enough with a good shower. The main reason for visiting Àguilas was for the annual carnaval in February. Our room on the second floor had a balcony looking over the street, so we had a ringside seat for the four hour parade. Spectacular. Breakfast is provided in the café next door, the hotel will give you a voucher to cover the cost. Decent breakfast.

No lift

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I liked the fact that breakfast was served in the cafe next door, great idea as we got speaking to locals who could give us advise on places to visit.

There wasn't anything not to like, if I'm being picky maybe the traffic noise but we were on a main road in the town so expect that.

Good sized room with plenty of wardrobe space. Very comfortable bed. Nice sized bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. Quick and easy efficient checking in. Ideal location only 100 meters from the beach.

It did not affect me but I did see one elderly lady struggling to get up the stairs on her backside because there is not a lift in this hotel.

11/10!! Very good offseason price, kingsize bed, big TV, fridge, safe, bath tub, balcony, 100m to the beach, continetal breakfast in the bakery next door... Honestly, I travel a lot and cant remember if I got a better stay anywhere.

Wonderful stay at a hotel I always remember seeing around town. Comfy, clean rooms with fantastic facilities - everything you could need. And Fabulous helpful friendly staff. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Carlos III.
