Everything went to plan and Hotel Mexico kept in constant touch with us throughout, which was impressive.

we had to request a kettle , and we have a young baby and needed this. Quite surprised there was not one in the apartment.

No breakfast as we were self catering. There was a small cafeteria available on site and a buffet at the weekend. N/a for us as we stayed midweek. Apartment was clean tidy and well appointed.

Would have been nice to have at least a sachet of shampoo etc or a bar of soap In the barhroom.

Large apartment which was just as advertised. Large public areas with good air conditioning. Would stay again if in the area.

No wine glasses or large cups. Need a kettle and a toaster.

The apartment was very big, clean and beautiful. It is decorated with very good taste. The bool area is also lovely. We had great time there with our little baby. The stuff is very nice and helpful. First of all we had a room on the first floor, bust as the balcony wasn't closed and our baby would have just escaped from there, we asked for a change and we got a room on a second floor. The location is just great. It's very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. We had such a lovely stay in this apartment. We will definitely be back.

We missed a little bit an oven in the kitchen, but it wasn't too big problem. We used stove instead and everything was fine.

After making the booking a message is received in Spanish saying that if you check in later than 20.00 (low season reception hours) you will be charged 30 euros. The staff was accommodating when i objected to this but still i find this kind of rule unacceptable if not clearly communicated before making the booking.

Checking-In and collecting the Room Key was OK. The Lady who provided the Keys was great help and given us all the information we needed.

All facilities were closed. There is a problem with Corrodore lights on the 3rd floor. So every time we need to cross from room to lift, the lights did not switch ON...

Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights very nice apartment overlooking the pool.. clean and tidy. Near the beach and a few bars

VERY CLEAN. LOCATION WAS PERFECT. STAFF WAS VERY NICE & FRIENDLY. BEDING WAS NICE. QUIET

THE APARTMENT WAS NOT VERY WELL EQUIPED FOR EXAMPLE THERE WAS NO CUPS/MUGS TO DRINK FROM. A KETTLE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. THE ONLY OTHER THING WITH THE KITCHEN WAS THE PLATE'S WERE NOT SUITABLE FOR THE MICROWAVE
