Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Large balcony.. Swimming pool was great.

Really old sunbeds that are very uncomfortable Shower in bathroom when on leaked onto the whole of the bathroom floor due to its slope.. Had to use our towels to soak it up. Design problem. Breakfast was really poor and we didn't eat it both days... Burnt pastries, no fruit juice, no water. No plates.. We stayed here a month ago and it's was amazing so we booked to spend our 30th anniversary here and we felt disappointed. Dispute the issues we will be back as we love the hotel and it's location. But not room 8

Can absolutely recommend this hotel. Great location, great room with large terrace and outdoor area. Seems to be very accomodating for people with disabilities. Great view and quiet area within walking distance to beach an main road with restaurants.

Staff didn't inform us about breakfast times and couldn't be found in the evening to enquire. When checking out, other guests were led into our room, whilst we were still with the suitcase in the door. A bit more discretion or 10 Minute wait would have been more respectful.

The hotel premises are stunning, from the gardens to the salon and terraces, the rooms kept pristine, and the staff very helpful. Verónica, Mari Carmen and the entire team made us feel at home and were always ready to help. We are very grateful and will definitely visit again.

There were no real downsides to our stay. The coffee machine acted up a little bit, but the team was quick to provide an alternative while it was fixed.

The hotel and surroundings/ grounds were lovely, the room was a lovely size and had everything we would need We had a lovely stay and would go back, the bed was very comfortable. the décor was lovely.

the Pool could have been cleaner but everything else was clean and well kept. the breakfast was basic but nice but it would have been nice to have a hot choice of maybe eggs ? and maybe a bit more atmosphere in the bar with not just piano music.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. It did not match the quality of the hotel in other respects. No problem with continental breakfast but there was no cereals, no bread rolls or loaves, no eggs, only yoghurts on two occasions (and these were the cheapest supermarket ones) and the few pastries there were were not always fresh. Most of the breakfast was fruit. Only orange juice was available and then it had to be asked for. There was no access to a tea or coffee machine and had to be requested . There was no variety of teas at all and only green tea was offered which was tasteless.

Beautiful semi-formal gardens with large, clean pool. Big open and airy spaces both inside and out. Had a junior suite which was spacious, clean and bright with a big terrace overlooking the garden. Seafront is very close and you also get a Mountain View too! The property has a lift and ramps for accessibility and double doors downstairs for easy wheelchair access. Breakfast was self-serve with a coffee machine, baked pasties, bread, fruit, light granola, yoghurt, cheese and cold meats.

We were very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed, they could of emailed us, then we could have made the decision to cancel and find another hotel with a pool, Finding out the pool was closed when we arrived was not very good we were not even offered an apology or refund on are stay,

The location was lovely and the grounds were immaculate , staff were very helpful, but feel they could do with extra especially at breakfast time.

The breakfast was very bland and they kept running out of things, the first day my wife could not have any coffee as she was told there was no more mugs. On the second day we had to again ask for Coffee mugs which was found after being washed up, although one was chipped and also had to ask for cutlery as none laid out on the tables. There was only approximately 4 or 5 more couples in the breakfast room when we were in there, so wonder how they would cope if they were full.

Hotel and grounds very very pleasant and beautiful. Very tranquil and peaceful, watching the hills as a backdrop, listening to the birds in the morning and crickets in the evening. Very good quality mattresses.

Breakfast could be more varied with better catering for vegan and vegetarian diets. We stayed 11 nights, so more variety would have been appreciated. After 2nd breakfast I asked for soya yoghurt which was provided for some of the days but not for the entire rest of the stay. The beds are very comfortable but double beds not very spacious (4ft 6" width).

Fantastic hotel. Friendly, clean, exceptional facilities. Only criticisms are…. The beds - too soft and pillows were like bricks!! Also…. and this may just be being picky, but only one bin which was a bit of a pain…. said I was being picky! 😃🤣
