Very clean, great service especially from Sotiris on Reception. Lovely breakfast. Very quiet. Gorgeous pool.

Private parking a bit pricey but convenient.

Reception staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room to a suite. The accommodation was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The mediterranean breakfast was very good value for money and the bar staff gave very attentive service. The hotel is in a central location giving easy access in either direction to restaurants and bars.

We had a fabulous stay . Great location-near the beach and lots of good restaurants. Air conditioning was great. Hotel was kept spotless . Day reception staff were so friendly and helpful . Pool was so peaceful!

Very spacious room with every amenity. Except for one (see below) the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

A gentleman on reception was very unhelpful when we approached him regarding a breakfast we'd paid for in advance but we're going to be unable to have it. He was extremely dismissive. In stark contrast, his colleagues were much more accommodating.

We booked into the sister Hotel and the reception telephoned in advance to ask if we would stay in Hotel Puntazo and we were given complimentary Evening dinner. Everything was excellent and we will definatly book to stay in Hotel Puntazo or Punta Del Cantal again when in Mojacar
