The swimming pool is probably the best we've had in a hotel. The sunloungers are brand new and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and was spacious. The gym had a good selection of equipment which seemed brand new.

Gluten-free and other dietary requirements were poor at breakfast, and no allergy signs were available. The general signage around the hotel is poor, especially when the hotel is a bit of a maze. Some stairways lacked light; this is dangerous if guests are frail or have poor vision. The cocktail of the day was more expensive than advertised and had no alcohol in it. There are no tea making facilities in the room, and there are no teabags at the buffet breakfast.

This hotel is perfect for families with young children — our 2-year-old daughter absolutely loved the water games and slides, they were fantastic! The playground was also very well-equipped. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, across a single crosswalk — beautiful, sandy, and easy to reach. The food was excellent, with a wide and satisfying selection. In summer, we recommend using the hotel’s parking, which was €8 per day.

The only small issue was the confusing layout. It took us a while to find our way from the parking area to the hotel, and accessing the kids’ splash pool was also tricky. Better signage would really help.

The evening meal was really good value for money with exception about the charging for drinking water. The staff were helpful. It was close to the beach & some coffee shops and restaurants, and there was a mini supermarket close close by.

That they charged you for drinking water at the evening meal. At breakfast, they had a water dispensing machine, but they locked this away in the evening, so if you wanted water, you had to pay for it. This annoyed me. You should not have to pay for water at a hotel of this type.

The location was very good. Reception staff were excellent & explained everything. The room was very clean & we had a fantastic sea view. Everything we needed was provided in the room.

Restaurant staff were not helpful. Tables were not being cleared with finished plates. Food was not being topped up a the counters, a lot of the trays were empty of food. Hot food was cold not being heated properly when on display. Breakfast was not great, bacon, fried eggs were cold, fried tomato tray always empty along with the baked beans. This was around 8.30am not impressed with the service.

Reception and receptionists were very professional,, although there was a large number of people waiting to be booked in, they were very quick and pleasant. The food and buffet was better than we expected and the waiters and waitresses were pleasant, only down on the restaurant side is finding a table - there was a lot of people and some of it was blocked of so we had to wait for a vacant table. The bedroom was spacious, wardrobes were large, not enough hangers,, with fridge and air conditioning if needed and the room was very clean, there was even a safe if needed. Although a lot of the shops were closed as the season had not began we did not need them anyway as we were half board and the bar served snacks if needed. There are beautiful walks and the beach is clean and safe. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family - we had a brilliant stay and hope to go back next year.

Waiting for a table as the restaurant was full and tables were blocked of. Left my make-up bag and sandals there went back to ask them if they had been handed in and the receptionist looked and said that nothing was handed from in from the room.

Although I booked a standard double, you gave us a room with a sea view. The £320 we paid for the week was great value for a 4 star hotel. The £50 extra we paid for breakfast was super value. You provided a kettle and cups and beach towels for free. Parking was easy on the promenade (early season - May). The location is opposite the best part of the beach in Mojacar. We swam daily in the sea, aided by an artificial T-shaped construction built out from the beach, which created 2 little bays of calm water.

Nothing to complain about really. Some noise from renovating the floor tiles near the pool area, but things have to be done. As others have said, the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel, but it was fine and lightly-used in May.

ask at reception, they have kettles if you want one. Very clean and tidy, comfortable rooms.

bar did not have enough staff. always big waiting time. bar closes abruptly and all the lights were turned out. unhelpful staff told me I had to take an alternative route back into the hotel in the dark, no access through the bar area, doors locked. This was every night at 11 pm. food in the restaurant was plentiful, although cold most of the time. I later found out that there were microwave's dotted about. lifts were full or busy, mainly took the stairs.

In front of the beach, it is a good choice for families with daily activities, pool and restaurant. There are some bars and restaurants walking distance. The beautiful village of Mojacar is located at 7 km. There are a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can take it to go to other beaches or to Mojacar.

Clean and in a good location. The new pool was huge but very busy. We have stayed here before and that’s why we picked it. Great beach across the road and plenty of places to eat close by.

The lifts are small and only 1 seemed to be running and as we were on a lower floor it took us nearly 20 minutes to get a lift down to the lobby to check out as it was prime time for other guests to be heading out.

The location was new and good, very big and all food was spread in every corner of the room

The coffee. This machines they have are awful, the taste is not good.
