General Manager helpful and charming. on arrival er we’re told by reception only dogs up to 14k acceptable ours is 55kg nothing to indicate this from Booking.com GM stepped in and made an exception. Booking please be more accurate

no separate bar for adults just a stage playing mindless music and 3 year old running around to the music. everyone was complaining

Easy, early check in. Very pleasant staff who were always happy to help. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Free on-site secure parking. Comfortable modern rooms with lovely sea/pool view. Powerful shower. Free bottle of champagne delivered to our room for our wedding anniversary 🍾 lovely touch - thank you!

A little too far away for walking to bars/restaurants in heels 😬 but handy bus stop right outside the hotel made this easier 😄

Everything was very clean and modern , the location is great, very near the beach and lovely restaurants. Good choice for breakfast and the staff are very helpful and always with a smile especially Anna the restaurant manager and her staff. The reception team was excellent, very friendly, and attended to all our needs. Thank you so much for making our stay very pleasant.

We didn't like a member of the staff member called Jonathan he works at the pool site , he was very rude and angry. We reported him to the manager but he never apologise for his behavior so they need to change him for someone polite and friendly with the customers at the of the day we had paid £2000 for two weeks and had not expected to be treated like that.!!!

The staff were all really friendly, the room was spacious and the food was great.

The unusual bathroom set up in the family rooms. There’s a large floor to ceiling window from the shower into the main bedroom which only has the midsection obscured. May be better to have it all obscured to make everyone more comfortable.

The location is great and the hotel itself is beautiful with exceptional standards. Our rooms were fantastic and all rooms look out onto pool.

We were there first week of July and it’s extremely busy at the pool. You have to Que to have any chance of a sun lounger. The pool opens at 10.00 and all beds are gone by 10.15. To be honest our kids are teenagers and it’s really designed for wee ones which is great for young families. so we just went to beach which is lovely and quiet.

It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pools but it was the staff that really made our stay enjoyable as everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful beaches, gift shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back.

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room.

Great breakfast, lots of choice. Great location with beautiful views. Sunrise opposite the windows. My family room was large and very well finished in a minimalist nordic style. Staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is kept VERY clean. Can highly recommend this hotel and will return to it in the future

1. The front desk rep., Nehuen that helped us each day was fantastic!' He was always smiling and more than willing to help us with our questions/needs. He really made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you Nehuen!! 2. The view from the room was wonderful... peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed the sunrise in the mornings and sunsets in the evenings on the terrace, which was very good size! 3. 1. The bed was a bit uncomfortable... But we like very firm beds. I'm sure most people would state the beds were just fine. 2. Our (2) front hub caps on our rental car were stolen off the car while we stayed at the hotel. We believe it was on the last night of our stay, but not sure... Not the hotels fault, but disappointing.

The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are good. Staff were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a reasonably good position quite near the beach and paseo.

There was nowhere to sit during the day as a group of adults. There were only a couple of tables near the pool bar and they were always full, apart from that there were a lot of tables and chairs on the outside terrace but no one could sit there during the day as there was no shade. The only other place to sit was in the theatre bar which had no atmosphere and was very noisy with families and childrens entertainment. They need to either get shade for the terrace or make an adults lounge and bar.
