We recently had the pleasure of staying with you at your Hotel Marazul, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism of you, your staff was evident, setting a high standard for our entire stay. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, with every corner meticulously maintained, which truly enhanced the overall comfort. Your cleaning team are the best!! The service at Hotel Marazul was, without a doubt, the best I have encountered in Spain. Each member of your team went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met promptly and with a warm, genuine attitude. The attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. We will tell friends, that if they are seeking a hotel where cleanliness, professionalism, and superior service converge, Hotel Marazul is an outstanding choice. Only staying for 2 days.

Location opposite the beach was excellent with great sea view balcony. Room was a good size with a sofa, table and chairs, coffee table, TV on a storage chest, and hanging space in the hallway. There was also a clothes airer. Kitchenette with fridge/kettle and sink. Bathroom had a shower above a half size bath, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. It was all very clean and smelt very fresh. There was air conditioning. The young lady who cleaned our room , Joanne I think, was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included in a cafeteria next to the main entrance but unfortunately we had plans with friends and didn't manage to try it. The Hotel is situated on a roundabout and the parking is a turning right off the roundabout, so easy to miss first time round- depending which way you are arriving of course!

The Hotel was situated right opposite 3 x beach bars and, unfortunately for us, being Easter week, there was entertainment from all, going well into the early hours. This might be the norm anyway.Flashing lights from the one directly opposite could be seen in the room as the curtains were so see through they might just as well have not been there. The window side had a wooden shutter but the balcony door only had the curtain- a perciana or wooden shutter would help cut out the lights and maybe help the noise. Again, with the lights on and the curtains drawn one had to be careful not to give the beachgoers any other sort of entertainment! We found the bed very firm and not to our liking, which is a personal preference.

Beautifully styled, well equipped spacious room with good sized kitchen and big private balcony with a perfect view of the gorgeous beach. The whole hotel has a lovely relaxed feel and has been beautifully furnished. Stayed here at least 10 times in the last 5 years because it has everything, perfect views, location, car park right next to the hotel, beautiful big rooms with kitchens, nice breakfast, friendly staff and fantastic value.

Just a very minor thing but would have preferred a proper coffee machine to a kettle. No label on the bottle in the bathroom so didn't know if it was shampoo or soap.

Perfect! Location, staff, cleanliness and value for money. Only intended to stay for 1 night and move on, but loved it so much stayed the whole week instead. Owner and staff can't do enough for you. Would definitely book again if we return to Mojacar

Nothing. It was perfect for us

Had coffee and tostada, was very filling certainly didn't want any more.

Everything was fine .but night club flashing lights noise.ok after 2am or when we nodded off .but the view made up for it. Certainly book the same room but will bring earplugs (we are 80+)

The Marazul rooms are very clean, roomy and we had a seafront view which was all it said. Staff were exceptionally lovely, always happy to help, smiling and very hard working.

Nothing , everything was great, location brilliant, staff made our stay really good.

Fabulous large room, kitchen included and great bathroom, small balcony terrace and very comfortable bed. Breakfast included, excellent all round

No one at reception so had to phone and wait until manager arrived but quickly checked in afterwards.

Hotel was clean light and airy as well as being good value for money. Facilities basic but met our needs breakfast served to 11 was a bonus.

Arrival was a bit nervous as pre arrival form did not seem to work

Location was brilliant, right on the sea front. Room was big and spacious with big comfortable bed and doors leading out into garden and pool area.

Although clean, bathroom could do with a little ‘tender loving care’.

Location good and the staff was helpful. Room a good size

Breakfast limited and it could be noisy with the beach club opposite. Pool and bar not open yet
