Small simple clean family run hotel. Great location midway between shopping area and restaurants etc. Literally across the road from the beach and bus stops. Yes you will hear some traffic as well as fishing boats and also the sea because you are conveniently located. But nothing worth bothering about. If you want or need silence then don't stay on a seafront! Simple continental breakfast was good.

Be great to have tea or coffee making facility even if that was a central machine rather than in room.

Small, reasonably priced hotel set back slightly from a relatively quiet section of the sea front. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a terrace with a very good view of the coast. The receptionist was very friendly and genuinely helpful. There are several good restaurants and chiringuitos (beach bars) within easy walking distance and Mojacar's main commercial centre is only about 600 metres away. A basic continental breakfast is included in the price but if you want something more elaborate, a small cafe/bar just around the corner serves an excellent English breakfast. There is adequate car parking both on site and adjacent to the hotel.

This was the third time i have stayed here the staff are lovely & always friendly it's a family run business & they are always on hand & always welcoming The breakfast is plentiful don't expect fry ups as its a typical continental type but for me & the guests i've met always seem happy with it.

Sometimes it can be noisy but that can be said in any location with some guests as its an older type hotel it can echo Mojacar is quite a long location & i normally drive to the far end as its the part i know best it would be to far to walk so a car is required but buses or taxi's are fairly

The staff were really friendly, the breakfast was a bonus. This hotel is right on the sea front, and we was given a room looking out to sea. Parking was also available in their car park . Would recommend for a two nights stay.

The view from my private balcony was beautiful,, especially at sunrise over the sea. The hotel is what I would call ‘old style’ Spanish. My room had tiled floors, high ceilings, spacious balcony and complimentary coloured walls and paintwork. Facilities included a desk and chair, fridge, tv and very comfy beds . The en-suite had a bath with shower over and also included a hairdryer. The air conditioning/heating unit was quiet and efficient. The location was ideal for me as the supermarket was directly below the hotel which was set back from the road, with no buildings opposite to obscure the sea view. Bars and restaurants were a short walk away. Not a luxury hotel but good value and a warm welcome from helpful friendly staff. I’ll be back!

Seat cushions on the wooden chairs at breakfast would be an improvement.

This is a family run hotel, and all staff were very friendly and accommodating, with a 24 hour reception. The continental breakfast was plentiful, with cereal, fruit, yoghurt, crusty bread, cheese, a selection of cold meats and jams, tea and coffee...more than enough to set you up for the day! There was a full sized fridge, aircondtioning and hairdryer in the room. The whole hotel and swimming pool were spotless, probably the cleanest hotel I've been in. It's perfectly placed for the beach, with a bus stop right out the front to take you to the player, Pueblo or Garucha.

Simple, friendly, family run hotel right on the seafront. Basic Spanish style hotel spotlessly clean and well maintained. Simple continental breakfast included. Small swimming pool. We would definitely stay again.

A couple of small improvements would make a big difference in my opinion. Chair cushions and a parasol for the terrace as there is no shade. A kettle in the room would be great (I took my own.) Some parasols around the pool area as again there is no shade. Relocate the owner's dog who lives down the side of the hotel, as he barks constantly whenever people pass by! Definitely not criticisms just some minor improvements.

Great location, a good car park, simple but spotless rooms and staff who go the extra mile. A great spot for a break with the beach just a stone's throw away.

3rd stay at this hotel and didn't disappoint again. Great family run hotel, excellent location. Clean pool area. Will definitely stay again when visiting Mojacar.

Noise from rooms next door, not quite the soundproofing but are aware of old spanish properties. Room 122 is under the hotel sign, which is illuminated until 7am, can see the light room slightly. It does light all of the balcony all night. There is no option to purchase hot drinks or food during the day, which is a shame.
