The beds .. are too soft I need mattress a bit harder and if they offer king size beds or st least queen size Better . O could bárrala fit with my daugther

Location was good. Beach was nice. Staff was INCREDIBLE from front desk, valet service, and housekeeping.

Despite of being next to the beach, it doesn’t have its own beach area. Furniture seems to be old and not well maintained as it shows signs of humidity. One of the 2 elevators didn’t work and didn’t seem to be any concern to get it fixed.

the location is the best , I have to be honest I always read the reviews and. I was expecting maybe some Fails on the cleaning or the AC or the restaurant but not … all my experience was fantastic the ac is working great , the room is super spacious , the cleaning great , the restaurant - coffee on the lobby the coffee is fantastic. the food so so But acceptable , about the service at the hotel great the swimming pool is very good I also was expecting something bad I think they should get a profesional photographer to make great pictures from the property … is not a 7 starts hotel ok but is very good aceptable the prices is very good

they should wash more often the windows from outside so we can see better by the window but in veracruz there is also sandy wind so not much to do …

The hotel was nice ok view , it was a dead person inside one of the rooms and they did not give us information of what had happened

Staff, location was great, good restaurants nearby, Costco and supermarkets as well. Cleanliness was good.
