The hotel room was spacious for 4 adults including the bathroom. Some European hotels have small showers or only tubs and it was evident the the bathroom was recently remodeled to North American standard with a walk in shower which was very helpful fortress a mobility impaired person in our group? The breakfast included many choices and the staff was attentive to our needs. The location was great as within minutes to the Center of town with restaurants and boutiques.

It would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room in keep water and or beverages cool.

Cremona is a small city, so location is not that important, but this hotel is located on the middle of the violin museum and the cathedral of Cremona, so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. I was able to check on 14:00 and check out at noon, so I could take my time. Everything was perfect.

The room was very convenient to the main areas of Cremona. The narrow street that the hotel is on is very lively at night, giving a great energy to the area, but not so much that it was too loud to sleep.

Getting into Cremona with our car was a bit difficult given the driving restrictions within the city. But they did take our car's license plate information and supplied it to the police to avoid any ticket surprises!

The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is literally around the corner - sightseeing, dining, shopping, coffee.

At weekends the nights are extremely noisy. People are partying in the narrow street and the noise as well as the tobacco smoke come to the room. The hotel is in the old town, so the cars can't drive to the doorstep, so huge luggage is not a good idea. The lift in the hotel is also quite small.

Perfect location for all the main attractions. Easy walking to all the key piazzas and areas of interest. Breakfast was a simple continental affair with great coffee. Room was spacious. A/C worked perfectly. Lovely hot shower. Bed and pillows very comfy. Very pleased!

Although our towels were changed daily, tea/coffee supplies and cups were overlooked. Pleased to have a property kettle and not a coffee maker!

Breakfast was great! Excellent variety and hardboiled eggs gave us the protein we were seeking. The room was clean and spacious. The closet was useful. The private bathroom was perfect! The location was close to the Cremonese violin makers we visited, and the beautiful cathedral. Restaurants were nearby. Upon departure, we even walked to the train!

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom and acceptable cupboard space. Decor a bit tired but superb location despite occasional noise from the street.

Some issues with the lack of staff in the evening/night. Missing keycard required a run to another hotel to get a replacement. Breakfast lacked variety and was poor if we came down after 9 .

The hotel is situated in the heart of Cremona, close to the Piazza del Duomo. The hotel is pet friendly. The staff was nice and helping. The breakfast was excellent. All in all we had a great time. We stayed in Cremona for one night, but we could have prolongued our stay for a day or two. The city is small, but you can do and see many things. We enjoyed the lovely dolce vita alla italiana. So many bars where you can have a Negroni or some vine and enjoying the life passing by.

I like everything about the hotel, the staff, location, cleanliness, Facilities and Comfort. The Cleaners are very very friendly.

Location

Finding the Parking was a big problem. The center of the city where the hotel was restricted with ztl and with cameras watching to fine you heavily if you drove within the center. Parking and dragging luggage outside the ZTL area was a big problem.
