Sabastian, the concierge is a truly wonderful person. He went out of his way to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable.This is a great location, on the shore, with restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. Antofagasta is an interesting city to walk around and quite safe. There is wonderful street art and the people are friendly.

The apartment we were in just needs attention to a few small details. For those of us who like to cook a bit, the kitchen needed a few more basic items, a colander, a coffee maker, a few more utensils. Some of the fixtures were loose and the furniture a bit worn. A couple of framed prints on the wall would help liven up the place. Nothing huge, but attending to little items like this would raise my rating from an 8 to a 10.

Great Location and the apartments are modern and BIG, Ideal for long stays , the mall is just front to te building (Supermarket /Cinema , Shopping,etc) - Every time we need something the person at the reception of the hotel was there to help us (Muchas Gracias Sebastian :) )

Sebastian is a caring host and was very responsive to our needs. The breakfast was good, panoramic view from terrace was excellent

Some areas needed better cleaning like nightstand, the water pot never really worked but they tried to fix the issue, some items were not readily available but they fixed that quickly.

internet was rubbish and there is no climate control , so was a little cold.

The property is very close to several nice beaches and right in the middle of a commercial area.

It was hard to understand where to enter, and I was happy that we hadn't come in a car (because parking is difficult in that area). Communication with the hotel was a little difficult, even in Spanish. When we arrived, the guard at the front desk tried and failed to get someone at the hotel's "front desk," which is actually a kitchen table in a unit on the ninth floor. Then, when we were permitted to go up to the 9th floor, no one answered the doorbell on the unit with the front desk...weird...we knocked, and eventually someone answered. The unit seemed unprepared for us, in a few ways. The lights and TV were unplugged (and we couldn't find the plug for the TV, a major tragedy for my kids). There was no toilet paper, no towels, no indication of how to get on WIFI. We asked by WhatsApp for and received all of that stuff, eventually, but it quite literally took two days or so. The unit also needed maintenance. The shower door came off the track if one tried to close it. The bathroom handle was not screwed to the door and came off if one used it. One of the blinds wouldn't lower and raise. I'm probably forgetting other things. The unit just wasn't in the kind of shape I expected for the money I paid.

The equipment stated wasn’t available (toilet paper not enough, no towels) and we needed to shower with cold water which we stated but nobody fixed it. The apartment was also dirty.
