The rooms are neat and comfortable. The environment is serene, and I like how the beach front is quiet without unnecessary loud music. The food is fair, but the hotel needs more of fresh fruit juice options. The environment generally felt safe and a natural beauty.

The breakfast was the same all through the 4 days, it was quite boring and the bread was always dry and strong. The hotel management should ensure some English training classes as communication was quite difficult leading to mix up on food orders and delayed response etc. The intercom also did not work, that should be worked on. But electric insect nets or fin other solutions. The disturbance from gigantic flies during meals made it stressful and uninteresting.

the grounds were spacious and very clean, so close to the ocean you could hear the waves from your room even faintly when the windows were shut. All of the staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating! We had a 2 week stay so we definitely saw how the manager did such a great job leading his team to meet guests needs. Weekends definitely drew more people but it never felt too crowded. I loved the clean pool and that there was a separate one for children. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the upgraded room definitely had a larger bathroom and shower. The air conditioners worked great and were fairly quiet.

Not much.. I guess having a long stay the breakfast options were limited but I was grateful it was included in the price of our room!

I truly appreciated the location and the cuisine. Having the beach a mere 10 feet from my rooms was incredible. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

I booked two rooms and noticed that the bathroom rugs weren't very clean. Additionally, there were noticeable fingerprints from the previous guest on the toilet flush buttons

The environment were just amazing, with a good beach and pool in good condition. The staff was very polite and available.

The breakfast was great and tasty, but we had the same breakfast for the entire stay. The location is great close to the beach

Noise a little. Some persons dance in front of our room with loud music. It was disturbing. We cannot sleep after 8am.

I love the serenity and environment so peaceful and lovely and their staffs and are so friendly and always ready to help even with the language barrier
