It was an amazing experience for my parents. They were very well received and looked after. The hotel staff were very kind, lovely and helpful. Also, the hotel's facilities are extraordinary and charming. My parents will definitely return more often as we will recommend the hotel to our friends for sure. Breakfast was full of people at the same time. The first breakfast took time to have it. But it was very delicious.

The experience waiting for the breakfast with two children seemed to be bad but the delicious dishes and wonderful environment compensated everything. We loved instead!

The location and the accommodations.

The temperature of the food at the buffet was not very good. Both dinner and breakfast, the section with hot food was not that good. They must improve.

Breakfast was excellent. Easy for found the place. The surprise was amazing as we was celebrating 30 years married.

The robby to swimming pool can change to pick-up in the swimming pool. The cars can't close in front the hotel when we are arriving or go out as this must be one side free.

Amazing property!!! The place has an awesome architecture. The rooms were very well cleaned, and with a terrific design. We had a fireplace at our room!!!! Wonderful!!! What a family experience!!!! I'm plenty shure that I'll come back.....

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for a hotel with many facilities and amazing breakfast. Rooms are big and very cozy, making a great place to relax after a day in conferences. Gym and Spa are incredible! Great staff. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was a bit small and not so comfortable. We received plastic cups (instead of glass cups) for our room service tea that we ordered… we expected better cups for that.

The staff were super friendly. Iago was very helpful and he ensured that our stay was very comfortable. As a foreigner it was very helpful as many people spoke English. The hotel has soo many facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, play station, play area for kids agewise. 100percent satisfied with the stay

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, great breakfast and wonderful staff.

To get to the rooms there was no sealing and it started raining. But the hotel is very well equipped that they can lend you umbrellas.

Beautiful hotel, lots of amenities. The rooms were large, and clean. I loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom, jets were powerful. The breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to all restaurants, shops and downtown area. I will definitely be staying here again.

Firstly the hotel is incredibly beautiful, it is jaw dropping. The room I stayed had a decent size and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was served daily and it’s variety was outstanding, definitely impressive. Staff were always extra kind, I have only compliments towards them. But to me the highlight of the hotel is their gym, their gym facilities are superb, they can easily match an actual gym, they legit have everything, if you are a gym freak do take this into consideration!

I wasn’t too hyped about their pool to be honest, thought it was too small for the amount of people they host.
