The hotel was conveniently located right next to the subway and in the middle of many shopping centres and stores. The staff were excellent, from the check-in counter to the concierge and housekeeping. In-room facilities cannot be beaten; we love the nice touch of having a water purifier and a Nespresso machine.

The beds were way too soft; they needed to be changed. The springs are worn out. Also, the pillows provided were way too soft. After three nights, we had stiff necks and sore backs. This was a letdown amidst an otherwise very excellent stay; I would have given a 10.0 if not for the beds. :(

The staff at the taxi stand are excellent and helpful - that they allowed my taxi driver to wait for me after my checking in rather to tell them to drive around, that they are helpful with the luggage and always with a welcoming and smiling face!

Although I was told there were some renovation work in the hotel and might affect me, there were slight renovation work noise even after dinner time.

Location was excellent, room had a great view of Victoria Park, room is sooooo spacious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The water filter machine is a great addition and excellent alternative to bottled water.

It felt like the room was halfway through a refurbishment, would have been nice to have gotten a fully refurbed room!

The Park Lane HK is in a fantastic location, rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff very kind and friendly and the view from the 28th floor is spectacular!

the faciilities are a bit run down. Some of the furniture in the room is wearing off and is in need of some redecoratio.

Excellent location

Confusing the room types and tiers, the staff organised similar rooms and sizes when I got charged the price differently for every booking.

Convenient location, near MTR, shops. Room is decent sized by Hong Kong standards. We had a nice view of Victoria Park and harbour.

The location is excellent. Lobby was stunning. Rooms were large and very comfy. Perfect base to explore Causeway Bay area.

The pricing in the cafe was very high.

It's been a few years since I've been back in Hong Kong. I decided to book the Park Lane hotel for its location in Causeway Bay as part of a short food trip with friends. This was the first time I've stayed here - and I loved it! The hotel was modern, welcoming and just a street away from shops, restaurants and the malls around Causeway Bay. Room - Booked a family room which was honestly big enough for 4-6 people since there was an extra sofa bed we ended up not using. The bathroom had a tub with telescopic shower, free toiletry amenities, and a good amount of counter space to put our skincare products on. Beds were very comfortable and had charging ports beside them. Impt- bring a plug converter or borrow from the concierge if your plugs are US type. Location - One street away from trendy bars and boutique shopping. I felt safe to get drinks even late into the night and walk back to the hotel. Ikea and Decathlon sports store are both in the same building as the hotel, while Wellcome supermarket is right beside the hotel for any drinks/fruits/necessities. There's also a 4 floor Don Quijote store if you go around the block for souvenir shopping and quick bento options. Access - MTR station was a minute walk on the same street.

Upon arriving, the receptionist told us the room we booked online was on a lower floor and did not face the city - faced the street and other buildings. She was able to upgrade us to a "premier deluxe room" 2 double beds with a view of the ocean/city/victoria park for $42 USD more a night. Our trip was for 10 days but we only booked for 5 incase we didnt like the hotel or its location. We ended up EXTENDING the dates! This is a great hotel! "Ariel" the check in manager was amazing, she was able to help us keep the existing room. We decided to add on daily breakfast. "Playt" the ajoined restaurant is amazing. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have GLUTEN and DAIRY allergies and I was able to truly enjoy the food there. Great spread with options for every dietary restriction possible. The hotel is well kept and clean! "May" from housekeeping was the best. She always checked on us and offered to replace or freshen up our room. The pillows were super comfortable as I am a pillow connoisseur and almost purchased one ( I didn't because there was no room left in my luggage) Due to dietary restrictions, I often asked the concierge for suggestions for food. Those guys are great: Jason, Jacky and Alfred. THANK YOU! The location of the hotel is the best. Less than a 2 minute walk to the causeway bay MTR, 2 minutes to the electric trains and mega food eateries including: cafes, dinners, classy restaurants, dim sum and for those interested; there is a McDonalds and Starbucks as well. As for shopping, there are numerous malls/gallerias and branded shops all walking distance. SOGO is a 4 minute walk and times square shopping/eating is 10 minutes. Park Lane Pullman exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again!!

I frequented the fitness facility which I feel is small compared tot he size of the hotel and all the occupants. Theres only one weight bench and a light set of weights. You will have to wait if someone is using that area. They offered sani wipes and a H2O dispenser as well.
