The staff was courteous, helped to bring some meds from the nearby chemist as i was not feeling well.

The DJ night music was extremely loud , not sure why would they do this to a place where people come for relaxing and peaceful time. It was super loud music , i pity for the residents near by. We could experience vibrations of the music in the room.When we requested to reduce the music they did try to do it but still i do not appreciate the type of activity they conduct in a so called high end hotel. Breakfast was average.

I think dinner and breakfast menu's were little limited, also couldn't witness sunrise from my room which was the top of the line room.

I didnt like the next room guests were shouting till 12 p.m. which is very disturbing. One can enjoy and can talk but not by talking loudly .after 10.30 pm there should be some discipline.

The outdoors Bar were playing disco / dance music during high tea, which was disappointing. We expected soft melodic music during afternoon snack, relaxing hour.

It was a comfortable stay. Very well maintained and professional staff. The location is perfect as it's just 5 min walk to ghandi chowk. Most of the room gets a perfect view of the valley. Breakfast was amazing. It had verious options. Overall, it was worth it.

Open space on the terrace was too sunny and hot. Would be nice to have some BIG umbrellas to sit in the shade, so that the open space can be used even in the daytime and not only late evenings.
