I really like the spa and the comfortable rooms as well as very fast elevators and LOVELY STAFF thanks so much to the reception people they’re amazing as well as the people saluting you every time you pass by, how nice is that!

The breakfast is honestly very poor not many vegetables / spectre area smells so strong in the evenings after spending time there i had to take a shower to get rid of the oil smell. My other comment is there isn’t any space to work with a plug - considering this is a continental hotel it’s weird. When we ask for it they asked we can use internet rooms with paying extra even though we were royal club member we weren’t informed there’s tables with plugs (working with a collegue) so we had to find ourselves.

Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our visit was seamless and personalized. From thoughtful gestures to making special arrangements, their hospitality was exceptional!

I had an absolutely excellent experience at The Leela Hotel, Ambience Mall. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and dining.

The hospitality was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’d especially like to mention Ms. Anju, Yogesh, Sanjeev, and Bharat for their warm and professional service. Their dedication truly made my visit memorable.

Duty manager Randev was extremely helpful and cordial. He made us feel very comfortable and attended to our personal requests very swiftly. The room upgrade at the time of check in was extremely smooth and swift. The food at spectra was better than previous stays and visits. The service staff were super attentive, prompt and cordial.

The bar on the ground floor seemed pretty outdated. Needs an upgrade. My suite room did not have a full sized mirror. Our PSO had to stand out of the main hotel building as he had a weapon. The main gate security did not provide a locker or a solution and would hold him out. Once escalated to duty manager Randev and the issue was resolved in minutes.

Leela Ambience Gurgaon truly lives up to the high standards of Indian hospitality. The attention to detail and service is impeccable. Rithvik Khosla, the duty manager, was kind and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, while Saksham at checkout went above and beyond with my late checkout request. The entire team is attentive and professional. The location is perfect, right next to Ambience Mall. Special mention to Kirti, the assistant restaurant manager, whose energy and outstanding service made breakfast even more enjoyable. Proud to see an Indian hospitality chain delivering such world-class service. I’d love to return!

The property was beautiful and world class, very clean and close to shopping/restaurants as it is connected to a mall. Additionally, the service was prompt, room was spacious and clean, room service was fantastic (especially the pad thai!), and the amenities provided were perfect. Location was a little out from Delhi city center, but was easy to get into City and hotel was quiet despite being in a bustling area.

While service was great and prompt, sometimes the staff was slightly invasive, which I think was more of a cultural difference than purposeful. When going back to the hotel from mall later at night, you have to take a different route as the main entry is closed off. Lastly, be aware that you will be approx. 30-45 minutes from Dehli city center if you would like to enjoy Connaught circle, etc..

I loved the staff, they were pretty helpful, front office mahima did the best for us she could, house keeping service was also well put. We were allowed to check out late and that was lovely, had a great time overall.

The televisions could’ve been better as they were pretty outdated, lately every hotel has smart ones could be put to consideration as entertainment options were very few and was pretty restricted, we were denied our small speaker at the entry and were told that we shall get one by the hotel as said by the front office team at check in however it never arrived, we stayed for a birthday and that actually ruined it completely.

Everything perfect but I was particularly struck by the policy of inclusion adopted by the hotel: porters, assistants kitchen and waiters were invariably deaf, mute or even both that were given an opportunity to work. It was so emotional to see how they were professional and did excellent job!Congratulations! May your example be followed by others!

Room is wonderful and maintained very well. The entire staff is very courteous especially the breakfast crew. The house-keeping staff is very prompt and courteous. A shout out to Raj & Amit Saroha on the 2nd floor for excellent service.

Some of the basic manners of wait staff. I have provided feedback to Mr. Manish Bedi, the F&B manager. Additionally, the guest services staff should perhaps try to accommodate minor request and check with management if need be instead of simply ruling out the possibility upfront.

Staff was lovely - always helpful and attentive. I got sick and they made me fresh ginger, lemon, and honey hot water. Club lounge staff was fabulous. It was very convenient for working in Cyber City for two weeks. Drivers were excellent. House doctor also excellent and convenient.

Not a great location for going into Delhi proper -- traffic was terrible (no fault of hotel). Safe was too small for my work laptop and valuables. Gym needed more free weights and stretching areas -- very packed in morning (gym AC could have been better)
