Very good location. Lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby. Free parking in the basement. The room is reasonably clean and spacious enough for solat. There is kettle and hairdryer provided.

Although there is a kettle and mugs provided, there are no tea/coffee or sugar, so we need to bring our own if we want to make a drink.

The room was clean and not too small. There is no closet but there is a rack to put our luggage and hang our clothes. There is a lift, even though it's very slow, to take you from ground floor to level 2 or 3. There is hotel parking at the basement for RM2 per day. Location of hotel is good. There are many shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. It is about 10min drive to Wangsa Walk Mall. A mosque is just across the road from the hotel.

There is no coffee making facilities in the room. There is a hot water dispenser near the stairs if we need to make hot drinks but we need to bring our own coffee or tea because it is not provided.

On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality at Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. The location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

room interior so good. even for the small room. modern & pleasant to stay. Tv channel also good. Not like other hotel room the tv channel very poor. really recommended.

so far nothing to complain about. staff also very friendly and helpful. maybe need to improve on check-in progress. don't make customer waiting for long. any how overall ok.

It is an amazing room, I like it. The surrounding building has a convenience store and restaurants. It's easy to get food or any necessities. Quite far but walkable for me to get to the lrt station.

Can't make too much noise as the wall isn't thick enough to block noises from other rooms. A lot of rooms try to be squeezed into a building.

Good parking covered. Big room comfortable bed. Comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi. Nearby mall. Located at shop lots, surrounded with restaurants and convenience store.

Arrived 3pm but have to wait until about 4pm as room was not ready and need to be clean.

Booked this place for my father and family quick overnight made it easy and convenient, room is spacious with all the right needs ,not for those who value fancying and high class demand. Sufficient !!! Just to be comfortable . Masjod just across the building, restaurants reachable walking distance...

Its a slightly more premium for a budget hotel, location close to amenities such as shops, food establishments, and even night market

Elevator is quite slow, air conditioning seems a bit dusty

Walking distance to MRT station, AEON Mall, Speedmart, Foodstall. You have to walk a little distance to tha Mamak Stall since it is located behind the hotel.

The room that I booked had a broken bed-frame at one side of the bed (I think) that it make it not so comfortable to sleep on. Other than that, It was a great stay.

Everything okay. Will choose this hotel again for next trip. Cuma kalau ada baby menyusu better bawa thermos because no water heater. I don’t know for others room but mine don’t have😆. But there is water dispenser outside the room. Staf so nice. Keep it up👍
