Location was very convenient - right next to train station and it was not noisy for us. Staff was great - very helpful
Room was a bit tight but normal for Japanese business style hotel. Breakfast was good, I was happy with choices.

Everything was great. The staff is exceptional
Restaurant pricing is a little high. Hot Springs side of the Ueda Train Station wish there was a private hot springs at the hotel.
