We recently stayed at Dimora Kozhikode it was an unforgettable experience. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. The best in the hotel is extremely and attentive staff. The Front Office Manager Sabin  welcomes  and goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He has been our mentor in guiding as it was our first time in the city. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the attentive and courteous waiters catered for our every need. The hotels' elegant design with top-notch amenities and, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. Dimora has become our choice for accommodation whenever we travel true 5 star.

Location: Very near to Highway; Staffs: Excellent, understanding, cooperative and quick in decision making. Behaved like, ‘Customer is supreme’. Breakfast: Included; Very tasty & Lots of choices even for vegetarians like; Parking: Plenty; Bed: Clean and very comfortable

The hotel management needs to pay attention about maintenance & appearance of the rooms: Eg 1) We changed room because commode seat was loose in room 302; 2) The faucet of the wash basin in the bathroom of room 305 was loose 3) carpet in the rooms gave an ‘impression’ of being dirty (barefoot walking didn’t spoil our feet). These things prevented us from giving 10 rating

I had such a fantastic time at the Dimora Hotel in Calicut - it was an absolutely amazing experience. A shout-out to their guest relation executive, Anoop Vellat. He was incredibly helpful from the moment I checked in until I checked out. He was there every step to make sure everything went smoothly. Absolutely top-notch service. Would highly recommend if you're ever in the area!

I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout the establishment. The rooms were impeccably clean and exuded comfort, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the excellent warm shower – a simple pleasure that was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the hotel's thoughtful amenities. The staff members were incredibly courteous and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their quick response to any requests or inquiries further added to the overall positive experience. One aspect that truly stood out for me was the incredible value for money this hotel offers. Despite its high-quality services and facilities, the pricing was reasonable and well worth the investment. As for breakfast, the variety of choices available left me spoilt for selection. The live kitchen was a particular highlight, as I got to witness the talented chefs in action, preparing delicious and fresh dishes right before my eyes. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of exceptional quality, cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, and quick service made it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation option that provides excellent value for money.

If there was option to have lighter pillows it would have been better for us

Check in was very nice and they were looking forward to give us a nice room.

We needed help as non locals with a train booking and even if we tried it three times at reception they did not really help us with it. They recomended us an app but did not help with the booking of it. As being a 5 Star Hotel we hope for some further help. Dinner was quite expensive for India. At check out they give you a quality form to fill out but it is quite uncomfortable to fill this out while your still checking out and the team members are looking at you.

I stayed in Apollo Dimora due to its proximity to MetroMed International Cardiac Centre.The restaurant staff was really helpful during breakfast buffet when I asked them to parcel food for hospital.I ended up extended my stay for another day and reception staff was able to extend my reservation and do the needful. The room was neat and clean.There was resturant in the hotel and room service options as well. I did early check out on the final day and the staff was able to parcel breakfast sandwich for my commute.

Loved the stay here with my parents. We had the suite for 3 adults. Really spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs serves yummy food. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Everything was great!

Missed the wake-up call which was bit unprofessional. Could have kept the additional amenities like slippers etc before-hand without the customer intervention.
