This was our last stop on a 4000km tour of Europe and it was most welcome. Firstly the staff were excellent, I can't praise them enough, and this includes the chamber cleaners in the morning. Even though there was a busy party going on in their function room that evening, they took great care in providing us with our needs. Even supplying me a beer from the bar when we arrived after quite a long drive that day, I really needed it! Oh, and allowing us to order a dessert after our meal after the kitchen had closed. We just lost track of the time, having a lovely evening meal in the beer garden across the road. The hotel is clean, and has easy access from the motorway. Located in a quiet village about 5-10mins away from the main Autobahn from Frankfurt to Berlin, this is a traditional German Gasthsus with basic rooms aimed at families. Good Restaurant-bar for classic German food and great breakfast in the morning. 140Euro/night for a couple w/2×small dogs.

The valley is so beautiful! Perfect stay after a long driving day. The owners runs a very tight ship and well organized package of nice rooms - safe parking close to the different rooms - Beer garden and nice dinners - Schnitzel mit Pfifferlinge / chanterelle made myday. Breakfast great variation of local choice & Real scrambled eggs. Be sure to arrive early to enjoy. Happy that our dog was welcome so we could feel relaxed. I like the entrepreneur feeling about the place.

No nothing bad - I only hope they keep this high standard so we can come back and enjoy.

The room and the view was amazing. Really liked the restaurant also which had great food and service.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable sadly and the fact that there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room was disappointing especially considering the restaurant was not open.

comunication with hotel was very good, hair drier in the room was great.

It could be nice to have tea pot in the room to make hot water. May be it was possible somewhere in the buildings, but we have no time to find it-we were short time there, so we did not ask.

Was traveling through Europe with my family and have slept bad for so many nights. Didnt expect less here but wow! The beds, the room, the staff, everything was exceptional! I would recomend this stay for everyone.

Nice hotel. We booked family room with two beds and a sofa bed. It was large, comfy and very clean. Bathroom was also large and very clean. Very good restaurant. Breakfast was also very good.

Very nice and friendly place with good rooms and a nice Gasthaus owner. Good big room with 5 beds. nice and clean bathrooms and separate shower. Big Balcony and a biergarten. will come back when travelling again. Good breakfast and nice calm atmosphere.
