This is a simple, stylish hotel with modernist inflections, functional, affordable, and yet very cool, with its mix of naturally-finished wood paneling and cement. The room is reasonably-sized, has a desk to write on, lots of cupboard space, a designed bathroom, and has high ceilings. The electrical, wifi, and AC are all great. It is fairly private - depending on the other guests - although the room I had faces a loud street. That same street is probably Banda Aceh's best street for cafes and restaurants, and is absolutely worth exploring.

Bed has a sagging but comfortable mattress.

My stay at the Hotel stayKultura was very pleasant. The hotel is centrally located in Banda Aceh and is an excellent stopover for guests to and from the Pulau We ferry and the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The receptionist deserves special mention; she helped me with many issues. Gilbert Zimmer

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Provided me with complimentary breakfast even though it was not part of booking the room. There is also kitchen facilities with fridge, microwave and access to plates and cutlery, so I was able to prepare a meal like salads and cut up my fruits in the common kitchen and store the left over in the fridge. This was unexpected facility that I really appreciated.

I liked the design of the room a lot. It was perfect clean and check-inn and check-out was super easy. Friendly staff who prepared a good breakfast for us. Nice location, not to busy and close to a good Coffee Shop. Comfortable bed with many pillows, we slept very well here.

The only thing I missed was a window for daylight. But for that price just perfect.

The staff were very kind and helped us with organizing a taxi in the early morning, gave suggestions for food - especially nasi Padang with our favorite dish daging rendang - and prepared breakfast in the early morning (because we had an early flight to catch). The sanitary facilities were amazing; it was everything we needed after a full day or travelling.

It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have a desk. We appreciated having a hot water shower. Close to some delicious restaurants. The staff was absolutely lovely, we highly recommend staying here and would come back if we are ever in Banda Aceh again!

The staff are super friendly and kind. There's tea and coffee provided in the kitchen area and bottles of water in the fridge. Fruit was also provided. Rooms are incredibly clean and well maintained. The A.C. was very efficient. Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Banda Aceh , excellent value for money!😎👍

Very nice room for just staying one night in Banda Aceh, before travelling to the airport early the next morning. The hotel was very clean, there was a 24-hours reception/guard and the room was convenient.

Very good room with lovely bathroom and great comfortable bed. Our room was quite noisy above a busy road. Breakfast very simple. Perfect for one night to see Banda Aceh and catch plane

The bed was very comfy and the interior made of wood was such so beautiful and lovely. I liked the design.
