The hotel was new and well-designed. The room was clean and fresh, with a comfortable bed. It had a coffee machine, a small fridge, and a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we had to leave early, they kindly prepared a lunch box for us. You can order food to your room from the restaurant. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of items to choose from. The rooftop pool and bar were very nice. Additionally, they provided a beach pass for every day, which was a nice and thoughtful touch.

The bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for hanging robes or towels. After taking a shower, the water didn’t drain properly, leading to water spreading throughout the bathroom. Doing laundry was tricky and expensive because they charged per item, which wasn’t clearly explained on the information sheet. This resulted in an unexpected bill of 135 euros. After discussing it with the helpful manager, we received a discount and paid 88.5 euros. While still pricey, the manager acknowledged the need for clearer information. We also had a couples massage at the spa, which was just okay and didn’t offer much.

The room was spacious, very nice pool and bar on the roof. Close to all amenities, really accross the street from beach. Nice restaurant and hypermarket just next to hotel.

Remote control did not work. Despite our request twice on reception, it was not fixed. We had to request wardrobes twice to get them. But so far I must say, that the hotel is beautiful , but they need to be quicker in solving issues if they really want to deliver 5* standard.

The Imperial Hotel Budva is a very good choice if you’re visiting Budva. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really makes it special is the staff – incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful. You can feel that these are genuinely warm people who try to make a difference, and in this hotel, the staff truly stands out. Thank you! We recommend booking with breakfast only, as dinner was sometimes confusing and not on the same level.

The promenade into Budva has a lot of potential but feels neglected. With more care and investment, Budva could be a very attractive place. Unfortunately, Montenegro overall was disappointing – with overpriced restaurants and beaches, loud music everywhere, chaotic traffic, and too much litter. Still, the hotel was a highlight and made the trip worthwhile.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel, just a short walk from the beach. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived, although the rooms were not yet ready, they immediately arranged one suite for us in the morning, and later provided the second room, which was also upgraded to a suite. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable, with thoughtful details such as a coffee machine, bottled water, bathrobes, slippers, and more. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, and breakfast was delicious. Service was truly outstanding — the staff even helped by sending me a dress I had forgotten at the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small boutique hotel with amazing service!

Buatiful hotel, big rooms, grate brekfast, the stuff was very friendly and welcoming, nice indore pool, the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The water temperature in the indoor pool was cold, only 27 degrees. The spa facilities was extra charge, we expected from Booking to mention that on the hotel site.

Everything was great! The room was big, comfortable and looked nicer than in photos. The hotel itself is relatively new and very clean. Breakfast is huge, with lots of different options. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and ready to help with any questions. There's a spa facility, and a lovely indoor swimmimg pool with a pretty open terrace. The hotel is located around 25-30 min walk from the old town, but it's a nice walk along the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. There's a busy road right next to the hotel, but they do have excellent soundproofing - we didn't have a single issue with noise. The beach is around 3-5 minutes walk, and the towels, sun lounges and umbrella are included in the price of the room. I would also recommend the restaurant at the hotel - the quality of the dishes is great, and the service impeccable.

Honestly, everything was great. If I am nitpicking, then I'd say coffee at breakfast wasn't the best (sort of a vending coffee machine), but considering how great everything else is, it's super minor and unimportant.

Everything was amazing really. The staff was very kind and ready to help, the details that make the difference were great. The young guy from the restaurant was really great and he recomand us what to visit and to try, he told us about the food like a chef. The breakfast was WOW, i never saw anywhere the attention to details and the great taste of the food ( local homemade jam and other delicious dishes). I have travelled in so many places but this was the best and i mean you can not find these conditions and profesionalism not even in Paris or other countries around the world

Modern design, nice detailing in the rooms & comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many tasty breakfast options. Rooftop pool & Finnish steam were nice. Great value for 5*, though I felt most of the amenities were more 4*. I was still happy with the overall value.

Noisy road outside with car horns in the day, with some racers drifting around the roundabout at night. The jacuzzi was broken for most of my stay which was a shame, but I did get to use it quickly on my last day - the spa facilities were often unattended and the sauna was too low temp every time I went to use it (needing to be setup with 30mins notice). In addition, the music at the rooftop pool was far too loud, and staff would not turn it down/off even though I was the only person there.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It has a very good location and modern design. The service is top-notch – everyone is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean, which really adds to the comfort. There's a swimming pool on the 5th floor with a great view. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. A big plus is the excellent restaurant where you can have dinner, we tried many places, but the food there was our favorite. The only small downside is that the hotel is located near a busy street.
