The hotel was new and well-designed. The room was clean and fresh, with a comfortable bed. It had a coffee machine, a small fridge, and a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we had to leave early, they kindly prepared a lunch box for us. You can order food to your room from the restaurant. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of items to choose from. The rooftop pool and bar were very nice. Additionally, they provided a beach pass for every day, which was a nice and thoughtful touch.

The bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for hanging robes or towels. After taking a shower, the water didn’t drain properly, leading to water spreading throughout the bathroom. Doing laundry was tricky and expensive because they charged per item, which wasn’t clearly explained on the information sheet. This resulted in an unexpected bill of 135 euros. After discussing it with the helpful manager, we received a discount and paid 88.5 euros. While still pricey, the manager acknowledged the need for clearer information. We also had a couples massage at the spa, which was just okay and didn’t offer much.

The room was spacious, very nice pool and bar on the roof. Close to all amenities, really accross the street from beach. Nice restaurant and hypermarket just next to hotel.

Remote control did not work. Despite our request twice on reception, it was not fixed. We had to request wardrobes twice to get them. But so far I must say, that the hotel is beautiful , but they need to be quicker in solving issues if they really want to deliver 5* standard.

Buatiful hotel, big rooms, grate brekfast, the stuff was very friendly and welcoming, nice indore pool, the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The water temperature in the indoor pool was cold, only 27 degrees. The spa facilities was extra charge, we expected from Booking to mention that on the hotel site.

Modern design, nice detailing in the rooms & comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many tasty breakfast options. Rooftop pool & Finnish steam were nice. Great value for 5*, though I felt most of the amenities were more 4*. I was still happy with the overall value.

Noisy road outside with car horns in the day, with some racers drifting around the roundabout at night. The jacuzzi was broken for most of my stay which was a shame, but I did get to use it quickly on my last day - the spa facilities were often unattended and the sauna was too low temp every time I went to use it (needing to be setup with 30mins notice). In addition, the music at the rooftop pool was far too loud, and staff would not turn it down/off even though I was the only person there.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It has a very good location and modern design. The service is top-notch – everyone is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean, which really adds to the comfort. There's a swimming pool on the 5th floor with a great view. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. A big plus is the excellent restaurant where you can have dinner, we tried many places, but the food there was our favorite. The only small downside is that the hotel is located near a busy street.

Nice, clean hotel. Walkable to old town and the beach. The view from the pool was beautiful and has it's own parking lot and the staff was very helpful and polite. Great value for the money.

Our stay was exceptional. Great location. Easy access to key areas. We asked for a quiet room and that’s what we got. Room was gorgeous and tastefully designed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff wholeheartedly gave five star service; special mention to Anja, thank you for making our stay memorable. We loved our honeymoon gift from the hotel. Absolutely brilliant pool and spa facilities, enjoyed our time there especially as it was pouring rain outside in most days.

Tv only connected to YouTube, no streaming services. Local channels were plenty but we were at a disadvantage as we don’t speak the local language (yet).

The rooms were spacious and modern. Loved the firm mattress as that suited our preference. The swimming pool on the top floor and the view from there were just amazing. The staff at the reception, especially Nikolina, in the breakfast hall, especially Mirlo and in the restaurant on ground floor were all outstanding. We had some specific requests as we were travelling with an infant and they were always very accommodating. It was very easy to rent a car from their partner supplier Milos as well.

The only inconvenient thing is that even though there’s a thermostat in the room, the ac temperature and on/off is operated by the reception!

This is a wonderful hotel that meets the stated level. The interior and exterior are thought out to the smallest details. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help. Rooms are well-equipped. Cleaning is carried out regularly and thoroughly. Buffet breakfast is fresh and decent. To reach the beach, you have to cross the road and walk about 100 meters along the promenade. At the beach, the hotel provides towels, loungers, and umbrellas. The hotel’s spot at the beach is called Timeout, and I think it’s the best location on Slovenska Plaza, with a clean sea and fewer people. I also enjoyed the hotel restaurant with its local cuisine.

There was no porridge for breakfast. There was muesli, but I missed having porridge. Overall, the hotel is perfect, and it’s hard to think of anything negative.
