Quiet, nice linens,comfortable bed, box breakfast fantastic idea and had anything one could wish for (except no croissants), amazing front desk service, very clean room, glad to know vehicle was in a secure area. The room price was shockingly reasonable - great value! The robes were beyond comfortable - in fact, we purchased two!

Could use more hangers in the closet and the wifi was iffy but really those are micros “whines”….loved our stay….

Friendly staff, squeaky clean room, super comfy bed. Lovely fresh breakfasts delivered to our rooms that we couldn't even finish! I even did a workout in their small but very clean and functional exercise room. Walking distance to some great restaurants too.

I am not a fan of Nespresso but my husband did "Tim's" runs for coffee in the morning.

We stayed in a superior suite. The room was very spacious and beautifully set up. The bathroom was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The view was also beautiful. This room was excellent. Loved it!

The facilities require a bit of TLC. We did not have the breakfast as it was only a continental breakfast. We did find a nice restaurant nearby where we had breakfast.

Very nice hotel, close to the water. We had a great view of the St. Lawrence. Staff were very helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed the room, we had all the amenities you need. Parking behind the hotel was easy as well. We ordered breakfast the night before, and they delivered right on time. Highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone staying in Rimouski.

Lovely view, nicely renovated rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom is my new dream setup (dual sinks, slipper tub, huge shower with side jets, rain/waterfall spray showerhead, and more). Great room-darkening blinds (and appreciated the blinds on the all-glass bathroom walls as well).

The mattress was not as supportive as we prefer.

The room was great! The size of the room was fantastic and the overall amenities were tremendous. The washroom and shower were amazing!

Communication from the front desk staff. We were not advised upon check in of any breakfast options or any of the cafe options for coffee and wine.

Room was very spacious with great lighting, great bathroom, many amenities, full kitchen, very comfortable, helpful & friendly staff. Many nearby restaurants (you can easily walk).

Muddy parking. Slowest elevator ever. Hotel perpendicular to water view, but not bad. Outside a little dated looking, but rooms made up for it.

Stayed for work only one night and it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, bright and spacious. The view was amazing. Definitely a place I’d go back to alone or with the family

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is extremely well located. There was a charger for our electric car.

The receptionist should have suggested that I use a cart to carry the luggage to our room. The design of the corridor leading to our room was tight and inconvenient. The decoration could be upgraded.

Excellent location with secure on-site parking; extremely comfortable bed with strong reading light for both sides of the bed; loved the full kitchen as we had a chance to cook our own dinner after too many restaurant meals in a row; beautiful view of the St Lawrence out our window

Lighting in the halls was very dim; no light over the dining table; I wished for a few more kitchen items such as a cookie sheet, pie / pizza server. (Most people would be heating up a meat pie or pizza, thus the cookie sheet). These are small things that would really make this place completely perfect.
