Room was very spacious with great lighting, great bathroom, many amenities, full kitchen, very comfortable, helpful & friendly staff. Many nearby restaurants (you can easily walk).

Muddy parking. Slowest elevator ever. Hotel perpendicular to water view, but not bad. Outside a little dated looking, but rooms made up for it.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is extremely well located. There was a charger for our electric car.

The receptionist should have suggested that I use a cart to carry the luggage to our room. The design of the corridor leading to our room was tight and inconvenient. The decoration could be upgraded.

Excellent location with secure on-site parking; extremely comfortable bed with strong reading light for both sides of the bed; loved the full kitchen as we had a chance to cook our own dinner after too many restaurant meals in a row; beautiful view of the St Lawrence out our window

Lighting in the halls was very dim; no light over the dining table; I wished for a few more kitchen items such as a cookie sheet, pie / pizza server. (Most people would be heating up a meat pie or pizza, thus the cookie sheet). These are small things that would really make this place completely perfect.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a small kitchen.. Right downtown and our room on the 5th floor had a great view of the water. Lots of good restaurants around. They had an elevator so no hauling luggage up stairs. A very modern hotel at a good price.

The parking area and the entrance reminded me of an old beer parlour from the 1960s! It gets much better as you get inside. Lots of construction in the hotel however no noise bothered us in the room. Other rates from other sources included breakfast delivered to your room but ours was extra at 9.00 per person.

Sliding door bottom guide was broken making it difficult to reach the light switches that were behind

Very nice hotel, large clean, beautiful and comfortable room. The hotel is located near the main street with all the restaurants and the wonderful sidewalk by the water. Environmentally friendly hotel, love it! Also liked that there was no carpet in my room (wood floor).

Very clean, lovely views, rooms adjacent off common alcove. Staff was exceedingly friendly.

Parking lot was a little small for our truck.

The location was very advantageous, the staff members were very kind and polite, and provided quite a lot of help.

The right side of the bed was too soft; the administration apologized and promised to check up on it.

The room was large and well equipped, including a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The washroom was very modern with a fantastic shower with multiple jets. Staff was courteous and helpful. As others have said, don't judge this hotel by the exterior, the rooms are much nicer than it appears from the outside.

We found the heating / cooling system a bit confusing, instructions on the controls would have been useful. Contrary to what others have said, we didn't feel like the breakfast was a good value, even if it does come in a treasure chest.
