Really liked our hosts, they were very pleasant and shared information regarding local restaurants and the hike we were planning. The house layout is well thought out. The rooms were well maintained and the washroom was clean. The breakfast the next morning was waffles and fruits which we really enjoyed, along with coffee, a selection of tea and breads. The whole atmosphere was very much reflective of the region so it felt great to experience the local lifestyle and house stay.

The place had check in time only between 4pm and 10pm, but the host did let us know in advance so it was not a problem at all. However would have preferred a key lockbox or a password entrance in-case arrival was after 10pm. We took the afternoon ferry from Saint Simeon to Rivière-du-Loup to get to Gaspe Peninsula. But if you miss the morning and afternoon ferry, then you wont be able to reach this place before 10pm. So if you're like us coming in from Saint Simeon, plan ahead for check in time. Other than this, a small fan in the room would help as it got really warm in the evening. But since it's located on the coast, it gets cold just as fast

Host were very attentive and caring to our needs. Each breakfast was well served with home made jams, croissant, etc. Place for car parking huge and well cleaned(winter). The view to the room with sea in front was very romantic with and extra small charge. We could also bring our food and use the microwave and host could help us with utensiles. Host speaks french & English. I would strongly recommend this B&B. I will return there.

It's an old house so the walls are thin but manageable though. Host is severe when you arrive with keeping peace when arriving late in the day witch is good.

Lovely, interesting historic home with very welcoming hosts. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. If you pay attention to the full description you will know what to expect and it should not affect your reviews. For example, there are two full shared bathrooms, one of which is downstairs. We were not inconvenienced by this even on a night of full occupancy There is a full size fridge/freezer on the porch for guests to use. The hosts are very welcoming. One of them is fully bilingual. We had to leave quickly a day early due to a personal emergency and they made us a lunch to take along. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance

There were shampoo and creme rinse in the shower, but no body wash.

Absolutely adorable couple in this BnB in a charming ancient house. Lots of advice on what to do, extremely approachable and the breakfast was home made and delicious. I would highly recommend it!

Very friendly, courteous and accommodating hosts. Very clean, comfortable, well lit up and tastefully decorated room. Large windows with view of waterfront. Large clean shared washroom with all necessary supplies. Close to Gaspesie National Park which offers great experience to nature lovers and hikers. Breakfast was filling, delicious, nutritious and wholesome. Microwave and refrigerator is available in the common area. I highly recommend this place to peace loving travelers.

We had a lovely 2 day stay at their place. We had a really comfortable bedroom, great large bed, well decorated. The washroom was very clean and well supplied. Our hosts were very welcoming, and explained everything to us and helped us about what to see and where we could eat. In the morning we had fabulous breakfasts, different each day. Just a wonderful , quaint house with helpful, cheerful hosts. We had a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful, the hosts are very nice and the service was excellent. Great breakfast with gluten free options. There are rules, and I like it.

It felt like we were visiting old friends or family that you haven’t seen in such a long time. The house is an old house but so very well kept it’s great to feel the history behind it and to hear the owners share their stories of the house and their passion for allowing to stay with them in their house. One word Amazing!
