The management and staff extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated early check in because the manager saw I am a woman alone with three children. They had to find us an alternative room since the one allocated to us still was occupied by pervious guest. The apartment are immaculately clean and I have to say I have never been in any other hotel apartment with such a complete set of kitchen equipment and dishes with great quality. There was everything needed available. Swimming pool was nice temperature and very clean but on good days was too busy with loads of loud kids.

It would be good if they could offer clean towels, additional toilet rolls and other hygiene products such and shampoos and body wash every couple of days.

We got a premium one bedroom which included one double bed w bathroom, one room with two single and one room with bunk beds. The unit itself is clean and well equipped. Convenient bathroom off bedroom with bunkbeds. The location is great. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Bakery, butcher and restaurants nearby. Short drive to grocery store. Very central location to drive to small towns nearby i.e. Boulogne Sur mer, Le Touquet and Berck etc.

Patio needs to be cleaned up. There was litter and lots of weeds. While the other bathroom is a standup shower, the bathroom in the double room had only a hand held shower head that didn't have a higher fixture to allow you to stand to shower. Rooms are tight so you absolutely need the room with bunk beds to store luggage. If you have more than 4 this size apartment may be tight.

We had a third floor level apartment overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed a few amazing sunsets in the evening. Brilliantly laid out living areas, double room with bath ensuite and two smaller bedrooms with two beds each (perfect for the kids). A second bathroom with shower. Very comfortable and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Five minute walk to beach, lovely heated pool on site. Little town with supermarket and boulangerie a few minutes walk away - very handy.

The wifi was not working in our room for three days of our seven day stay which was very frustrating as it made working much more difficult than it needed to be. However, it was working in reception but with music and sounds from the pool area it wasn't ideal. The reception were apologetic but I felt some small compensation might have been offered for the significant inconvenience (and not least the costs of getting more mobile data).

Everything in the flat was extremely clean and nice. It was spacious and the bunk bed for the children was very useful. The double bed was very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach and it has its own playground. We had a great time despite the weather, we would definitely come back in better weather to use the heated pool!

Just a minor remark, but I would add some sugar/salt/coffee filters to find on arrival.

Nice and cozy apartment

Not really satisfied with the car recharger because the hots doesn't not anything about it and it is something installed in his premisses. He just ask you to figure out yourselves. Thank you anyway

We had a nice one bedroom apartment on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The location for us was good. We enjoyed our early morning walks along the beach and fresh croissants from the boulangerie.

The shower door allowed water to run out onto the bathroom floor which was a nuisance having to build a dam with towels.

Room was perfect especially for the value and was clean and modern with plenty of room for a family. Had everything we could need

Had to wait a bit longer than expected as our room wasn't ready and also would have been good to have some guidance or recommendations on entertainment or local restaurants but we could have asked and we enjoyed the pool and facilities whilst we waited. Lift was out of order also

Reception lady was very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier free of charge. Considering we had two babies under 1, it was very much appreciated!! There were weaning chairs and cots provided in the apartment, which we didn’t expect. It was a great touch and babies were very happy. Showers were powerful and lots of room to move about. We will definitely be back in warmer season.

As non French tourists, I wish we were provided some information about the hotel services. I wasn’t aware we needed our own bin bags, washing liquid etc. If we ever needed anything there was never ever anyone at reception. Doors to apartments slam very loud.

This hotel was perfect for us, a family of 4; 2 teenage girls. Lovely clean, well equipped accommodation. Beautiful balcony on the top floor. Perfect location for the shops And beach. Really liked the codes for access instead of keys. We all had a photo on each phone so everyone could gain access.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The apartment was clean and modern The kitchen had a great selection of crockery and cooking utensils but the microwave was very high We liked the big hallway for our bags and separate toilet There was a little playground and the pool looked great but we were unlucky with the weather Walking distance to lovely beach and little friendly town
