Well positioned hotel right on the beach with two very nice restaurants inside, good breakfast, gym, pool and sauna. Room and beds were comfortable, with tea / coffee machine inside.

Bathroom was split into two - a toilet and a shower / sink. Would be better for the toilet to have its own sink and also an extractor - there was no vent in there. The gym was a bit disappointing - very little in terms of free weights or machines. There was some light dumbbells and only 1 dumbbell bar that could have extra weights (where was the second one?). The cable machine was broken.

A beautiful location with great view of sea and balcony. Hotel is nice and modern with good facilities and sun loungers on a private area of the beach.

They did not give us any mugs (only glasses and plastic cups) for hot drinks despite having a kettle and coffee machine in the room. When we asked for these they refused to give us any due to ‘ecological’ reasons, which was confusing. The pool was closed during our stay but they allowed us to use the spa facilities instead which was lovely.

The location on the beach was perfect. We did ask for a sea view but all the rooms were taken so we would book one of those for our next visit. We visited the Spa for a facial and massage but a little disappointed that none of the staff seem to speak much English which does detract from the relaxation of the treatment.

The room was a little dark as it only had a small window overlooking the car park. There was a huge double bed sofa that for the two of us was not required. So perhaps offer rooms that have that facility if required.

Loved the location - right on the lovely beach with direct access from the bar. Amazing views from the restaurant. The pool was fab and the gym nice, too. Food was good. Great for the kids, they loved it. It was our first time in Le Touquet (so easy to get to from the Calais channel tunnel) and we will definitely return.

It was a shame our room overlooked the car park. I thought with the price of the rooms we would have a better view.

We loved it so much the first time that we came back for 5 days. Lovely hotel with beautiful panoramic views of the beach. Great pool and spa facilities. Good restaurant. Short stroll along the seafront to the centre. Such a relaxing stay! Highly recommended.

Only minor complaints - very slow service in the beach bar, and the sofa bed in our room was a bit uncomfortable to sit on.

The dinners, room and location and mainly helpful staff. The service at dinner was excellent and the waiters were helpful when we mentioned my lactose free diet and my husband’s chilli allergy.

The breakfast buffet and some of the staff. We were disappointed with the poor selection of fruit, we had much a better selection at the Novahotel in Colmar. One morning we arrived for breakfast to find nobody to show us to our table and the buffet staff were clearing some of the buffet 15 minutes before the end of breakfast. When I asked for the jam a waitress had put some away and was rude to me when I asked for some jam. The bread was dry and a poor selection.

The bar, leisure facilities and rooms were excellent. Little things like coffee machines, robes for the pool make a difference. Looked the no plastic bottles idea for water. Staff were helpful. Happily stay again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we know the town well but the restaurant looked busy throughout our stay.

Not our fault as we knew what we were getting but a large double bed might attract more people. Otherwise nothing to grumble about.

Perfect location on the beach and with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff.

We booked a family room for the three of us, 14-year old daughter included. This comprised a double bed, sofabed and very little room to move around - too small. Also on the ground floor with a window that would either opened fully or stay closed. AC, thankfully, was very good during our hot spell. All of this was manageable and did not detract from a massively enjoyable stay!

The room was modern and clean. The view was fantastic! The facilities were exceptional the pool was really lovely. The gym was well equipped. The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. If you don't want to eat out, the restaurants in the hotel provide a wide variety of tasty food. The sunset was spectacular!

It was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. We travelled as a family for a special occasion. I have no complaints what so ever!

Location is brilliant, lovely beach and sea view from our balcony. Our upgraded room had everything we needed, apart from perhaps some milk for the hot drinks! (But we are British!) Car parking busy but always found a space. We don't speak much French but everyone was extremely helpful and patient.

Well, nothing!
