The pool and spa were great, although not enough space to relax. Bed was really comfortable. Huge shower was also lovely with choice of shower head. The bar was really good and excellent cocktails. Staff were also very lovely. Our room was next to the lift but general hotel noise was not an issue and we couldn’t hear anyone or anything inside our room. This is always a bonus.

It was a little too far out of town so had to drive everywhere. (We did know this before booking). Paying 8E a day for parking plus tax = 3 days of extra 39E on top of price paid. Car park was potholed and water logged. Hotel in middle of nowhere - so charging for parking is unacceptable. Also, three hotels in one all charging different prices. Check prices for Tribe, Isis and Mercure to get the best deal.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast and comfy bed! Couple of small negatives (but only personal) - there is a cockerel in the garden who woke up very early (I respect I am a light sleeper) but don’t bank on a lie in! In the room we stayed in the bathroom had a glass door (which was literally next to the bed) so when nocturnal loo breaks were required it definitely woke up the other person in the room as the whole bedroom was then lit up!

Very modern and well maintained facilities. You could tell that the staff members care about their guests. The swimming pool is quite large with two separated lanes.

The dining area is cramped in the morning when it’s chilly outside. It seems the dining capacity was calculated assuming people would sit both in and outdoors. The spa is a bit small but was adequate for our needs.

The Hotel is very well situated in the middle of woods (you can hire bikes to ride into the city centre).. one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in. Very modern. The rooms are well equipped with dressing gowns (to go down to the swimming pool and spa) and coffee/tea facilities and a fridge and a safe. The beds are large. We didn't have any meals or drinks in the hotel as we wanted to profit from the numerous restaurants in Le Touquet and its surroundings - but it looked good and the outside bar gave a real feeling of being on a desert island ! The spas was excellent - really clean and good massages (that you can do as a couple).

I personally found the bed too soft - but everyone is different! I noted also that on one side of the bed there was no bedside table - but I told reception and suggested they do something about it...and they were very happy to receive this type of feedback.

Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. Location was okay if you had a car to get to and from the town/beach. We struggled to get a taxi of an evening from town to the hotel. One evening we had to walk which took us about 40 min, not ideal in the dark. Bikes are a really good option to hire. Everyone seems to cycle everywhere, we do to as quick and easy.

Lovely hotel, amazing quiet location. Staff were very friendly. Even though the hotel was fully booked there was no noise from the other rooms which was wonderful. Amazing stay and will go back

The receptionist were so helpful is unbelievable. They made you feel welcome and looked after you while you was waiting for your room. The lady that dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful she couldn’t do enough fantastic

Modern and elegant room, also welcoming and nicely decorated, amazing breakfast buffet, nice staff, welcoming package for the dog and for us (nice card + 2 macaroons), great swimming pool and sauna space : a very client-oriented experience!
