Everything a delight, Flo is an instantly likeable attentive and 'people' person, who made our stay special, as is clearly the case with all her visitors as evidenced by all reviews. Lovely Cosy room. comfy bed, everything is there, but her smiling face. and a fresh delicious French breakfast in her lovely kitchen rounded off our short stay to perfection. Thanks Flo, we will be back if we can find a gap in your deservedly heavily booked accommodation. Rob and Dee.

Wow what a truly gem to find. Great location and above all, Flo is the best the nicest kindest helpful lady. Her home is superb so very French, what a joy to experience this and her wonderful breakfast in her amazing kitchen. The bedroom had everything and far more than expected so many lovely extras. Amazing ing ensuite too. The icing on the cake your very own and personal balcony with beautiful views. We thought it was shared from other reviews, it is personal. I can't wait to go back there again and even a personal parking space too. What a wonderful host Flo is.

Nothing could be Improved on, value for money and great WiFi connections.

We were very pleased with our accommodation at La Surprise, it really was a surprise. The view across Etaples on to port and the sea from the sunny terrace were very interesting and ever changing. Flo was chatty and attentive and entertained us at breakfast with her sailing experiences on her yacht, the ‘Lizard’. Flo can speak a little English but I am sure she appreciates her guests speaking some French to her.

All was fine for our stay.

Very pleasant and friendly owner. A clean and comfortable apartment. A great typically French breakfast in the owner's home. Convenient off- road parking at the end of the close near the entrance to the apartment (at the rear of the owner's house).

Quite steep metal steps to reach the apartment, fine for all except anyone with limited mobility. The reward is a great view!

The owner was super friendly. Check in was super easy and we agreed on a time to meet there. She showed me everything. The room is very big and the bathroom very nice. Amazing shower 🙂 and super comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and simple.

Lovely clean room in great position near the town centre, includes a parking spot. Lovey terrace with fab views, just wish we were there for longer to make use if it. The host was very sweet and helpful although she spoke little English and our French sadly is even less!

A mini fridge would be good rather than the microwave
