This is a lovely hotel, light and airy in a great location. What really made the holiday for us was the caring staff. They all seemed to take real pleasure in their jobs, particularly Jean-Pierre in the restaurant. Having coeliac disease, I need gluten free food and there was a wide choice both in the restaurant and at breakfast and staff keen to ensure they were able to offer what I needed. Was delighted with the huge selection! Great pool onsite, free yoga class on Saturdays during the summer, 20 min walk through attractive tree lined streets to the beach. Soft white sands. Short walk into Le Touquet, very picturesque town, huge market Saturday, Monday and Thursday until 1pm. Interesting church and art gallery. Great holiday, thoroughly recommend.

Didn't really need the extra door into the room, a little fiddly with ensuite and toilet doors as well, but we got used to it, only a minor niggle. A handrail on the main staircase would be helpful.

I would really have appreciated better directions to find the hotel, it took ages (the Le Touquet one-way system didn't help!) so I was 'heated' by the time I booked in. Twenty minutes later, I was in the swimming pool and the world was just about perfect........ Initially I was concerned about the hotel's location - being something of a walk into town, for restaurants etc. I soon overcame that issue once I'd eaten in the hotel though - the food is EXCEPTIONAL !!!!!

A tiny point - but my wife struggles somewhat with stairs - and there were no handrails on the stairs to the pool and/or breakfast room. Other than that, nothing. A great hotel!

The room was generally OK, with a centrally managed, but a bit noisy AC. The pool was OK and clean. The big plus: the hotel location a bit outside from the city centre, with free parking around the hotel, in a city, where about any parkings place is subject to payment.

The breakfast was not worth the 4* of the hotel: industrial omelett, no fish offer, no fresh yourt. TV only with French programs. Many parts of the general infrastructure are showing the (advanced) age of the hotel and require serious restauration. The reception area does definitively not meet 4* level requirements.

The way the room was designed was very good for us. It was like a small hotel room downstairs but then with stairs going up to a bed on another level. For a family of three whose child is a bit older this was great. I liked the location and the breakfast. The indoor swimming pool was great for the cloudy weather of low twenties we experienced.

In our room, the bath was raised up above the floor level of the bathroom. We all found this hard to get in and out of, and really a bit dangerous. You could slip and really hurt yourself. The swimming pool is accessed through changing rooms. From the inside, it is clear that there is a men’s and a ladies’ changing room. From the outside, no indication at all. So whole families go in the same way and you cannot really use the showers with the privacy you might expect. I think there are also some small repairs and improvements to be done in general.

THE SWIMMING POOL WAS A GOOD SIZE AND VERY CLEAN. BREAKFAST WAS WELL DONE, THERE WERE LOTS OF CHOICES FROM YOGHURTS/FRUITS/CEREALS/COOKED/PASTRIES/DELICIOUS BREADS AND CONSERVES. THE ROOM WAS A BIT SMALL, FRIENDS OF OURS THAT BOOKED THE SAME SEEMED TO HAVE A BIGGER ROOM? THERE WAS A GREAT MARKET ON THE SATURDAY AND AN ANTIQUES MARKET ON THE SUNDAY. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND BARS TO CHOOSE FROM AND FOOD AND WINE REALLY GOOD. WE BOOKED A MEAL IN THE HOTEL ON OUR FIRST NIGHT. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

Good size room (standard) on the ground floor with 2 garden chairs outside. The outside area was small and faced a hedge with no view but it was unexpected so no real complaints. Very comfy bed, OK shower and good storage space. The sports facilities are very good and the pool is lovely but it could all do with a lick of paint so I think it is more a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Lovely area of Le Touquet and very pleasant walk into the centre of town. Extremely quiet location. The bar is quite modern but there are no squashy seats anywhere for reading or relaxing.

Nothing really but it just seems a bit faded and in need of a bit of TLC.

This is such a delightful place. Yes it is a bit run down and perhaps a little corporate but frankly the location puts all that in the shade. A lovely place in the trees just outside Le Touquet center. Our room opened out onto the grass so we could just open the door and let the dog run out to play. Deck chairs on the grass, wine in the garden, a great swimming pool and tennis if you like that kind of thing. And not excessively expensive either. Yes there are faults but to point them out would be churlish. Just stick with lovely.

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of Le Touquet. The room was large and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was first class. There are good facilities although I didn't get chance to use them. There is also free parking which is a bonus.

The bath is large and it is quite steep to climb in for a shower. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to use it.

Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Le Touquet and is set in a quiet location. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean and housekeeping was good. Plenty of parking. Had lunch in the restaurant which was good and plentiful portions.

Shower has just a screen and it is impossible to have a shower and not soak the bathroom floor, so bigger screens required if you don;t wan't a pool pon the bathroom floor.

Everything clean and staff brilliant. Free parking for residents. Nice sized towels. Comfortable bed. Great to have a decent fan and hairdryer in the room. Couldn’t hear other guests.

Replenish water each day if you can please especially during hot summer. Bananas and more fruits at breakfast please ! Get some bikes for guests to borrow !
