The friendly owner helped me changing date when I was delayed due to the flood at that time in Southern Germany. I got a nice big room. The location was good, very near to railway station and tramway in the central parts of Hattingen.

I am not sure if breakfast is available in the hotel, and I did not ask, because I brought my own food. So no big thing.

Very close to Hattingen train station and old-town. The hotel is no-frills, but exactly what I needed for a business trip - and for the price, offers excellent value. Will stay there again.

The front door is occasionally locked - fine once you've checked in, as your key can open it. But if you arrive while it's unattended, you have to call a number for admittance.

Clean and spacious room, friendly and helpfull staff, good price / quality ratio.

Parking was full so needed to park on the public parking area against a local parking fee. Breakfast was ok, no scrambled eggs with bacon.

The hotel is very close to the center, and the buses and trams are within a 5-7 minute walk. It’s cozy and exactly what I expected The owners of the hotel are super friendly and helpful. I asked them a bunch of questions about the are and they helped me out a lot! It’s definitely a place I would recommend
