The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful! I was there for the Zeltfestival and the staff gave me maps and explained how all the shuttles worked. They were available all of the day till 9pm so if I had questions I felt comfortable coming up to them. The rooms were very clean and had nice sized beds. On the tv youtube, netflix and other apps were available. The rooms had mini fridges which were nice. The shower was on the smaller size for taller or more plus sized guests but still did the job. Overall the rooms and location felt very safe and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

The room was quite warm but fortunately the staff provided a fan. The only issue is the fan was very noisy but not super powerful. As my trip was in August it was quite warm, but this wouldn't a problem in colder months.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful green neighborhood with small houses. The location is safe, ABSOLUTELY QUIET, and very well connected to the city center (10 minutes by metro, and then 8 minutes of walking). It is also close to a local shopping center (ca. 12 minutes of walking), and to the University (ca. 18 minutes of walking). The breakfast is great and personalized. The staff is very friendly. Late check-in was possible. The facilities in the (appartment-like) room are all of high quality: beds, window shutters, kitchen and bathroom accessories, etc. etc.

This was the coziest little quaint hotel I have stayed in! It was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff made us feel like home and was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the mini fridge in the room for cold drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will stay here again, should I find myself near Bochum again. Loved it!

It’s such a lovely little hotel about a 15-minute walk away from the RUB campus. The staff are so friendly and it feels very personal and homely. I’ve been here twice now and it was great both times. I especially enjoy the breakfasts!

Excellent location very close to the university. Very easy to contact. Very clean and comfortable accomodation.

Not too many food options at walking distance, but not too big an issue as there are some near the train station and the Bochum city center is a short train ride away.

Very close to the University where I attended a meeting. Situated close to the main road, but placed in a nice quiet street. Room was big enough - I appreciated!

Fantastic small family hotel in a quiet suburban area. Exceptional breakfast with friendly, English speaking staff. Rooms are generously sized with very comfy beds and good room facilities. Hotel is only a short walk (5-6 minutes) from Lennershof U-Bahn station, which is only 3 minutes from the University campus or 10 from the centre of Bochum. Free parking available as well makes this an exceptional choice of hotel.

No bar facilities and "self-check-in" after 21:00.

Small cosy hotel, good breakfast in a peaceful dining room, nicely decorated and very functional rooms. Reccomended!

The studio apartment was spacious and clean.

I didn't like bed. It was too soft and mattresses were moving around which negatively affected my sleep.
