Stylish hotel, decent breakfast. Our room was rather spacious, with great shower and comfortable bed. Located perfectly for a visit to Starlight Express.

The staff at the check-in did not mention any deposit being blocked, we had to find out from the push notification that they charged more than expected. They then promised the deposit will be released at checkout. Once again we confirmed that when checking out. It has been 3 weeks since the checkout and the amount is still blocked! Of course, they no longer care once you’ve checked out.

Great location, very clean and organised. The staff was friendly enough. The room was really nice, and the beds were probably the best hotel beds I have ever slept on. The hotel was also extremely sound proof, this is a big, big plus! Nice little gym with plenty of stuff to do my workouts. And the biggest plus of all it was really close to the Starlight Express Theater and close to the city centre.

The airco in the room didn't work super well, but with an open window we managed well. I guess in the summer it will be quite hot.

I was disappointed to find that the rooms lacked both a fridge and coffee/tea -making facilities. This absence was quite inconvenient, especially for a longer stay

A fun hotel with lots of character! Every time you look around you notice something that you’ve missed! Great bar area to relax or meet with friends, a games table for entertainment and a fabulous breakfast and a good bar menu.

It was not the end of the world and didn’t impact our enjoyment at all- but there is no clothing storage so if you have more than 1 days clothes you have to live out of your suitcase.

Brand new finishes. Nice colors and creative adds in the room like a light that goes under the bed when you step out in the night, instead of having to turn lights on. Playful communal spaces and nice fitness room. Definitely catering towards millennials. It was an easy walk for us to go to an event at the Bochum Planetarium.

No food at bar in evening, but Italian restaurant across the street had amazing salads, pizzas, homemade bread and anything we needed.

The location is perfect for a visit in Bochum. Moxy does a good job of creating an atmosphere. The price is fair for the quality you get - fresh breakfast, clean spacious rooms, helpful staff.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit wonky if you don’t know how to work older controls. Once you figure it out tho, it works great.

Went for a concert, location could not have been better for us., right next door. The hotel is very contemporary, rooms where big enough for one night. Wifi signal excellent throughout the hotel.

The waiting time to get served at the bar was too long, plenty of staff but only a couple actually serving. In our opinion the breakfast at €16 each was not very good value for money, Limited choice, long queue times for the food, and bacon cooked to an inch of its life

Ample parking facilities, Nice clean decor with modern interior layout. A very nice reception, lovely bar with traditional and quirky seating options all around. My room was fresh and well equipt with a nice modern feel, Brilliant bathroom.

In my room the temprature control panel does not work very efficiently, the tv features in my room were poor.

Breakfast was good but it was so busy, we had to wait for hot food to restocked. Location was perfect for what we needed. Room was clean, although hand soap was empty.

I don’t like the musky fragrance used in the lobby area. It’s just not my taste and is over powering when you enter.

The friendliness of staff, the inviting foyer and a clean, basic room. The breakfast choice was good and the seating area outside was very good. Great location for Starlight Express.

No tea/coffee making facilities in our room. This being said, it may not be an option in Germany.
