Breakfast is good, every mornin i have a hearty meal, thank you. I would like to commend receptionist Mr Seunghyeok Kim who recommended and explained in details on the benifits of on Toyoko Inn Club Card.. He also printed a map to my places of interest.Keep up with your good job, Mr Kim.

Overall, a comfortable place to stay. My stay started with a warm and friendly check in experience. The room was bigger and more spacious than I had expected. The bathroom is on the compact side, but fine for a short stay. The rooms were clean and I had a good night's sleep - so, all good. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

This hotel is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Changwon. The staff is super friendly, the room is good value for the price, and it’s very clean and quiet! I’ll come back soon!

The conditioner/body wash didn’t come out of the dispenser very well, but nothing major. Everything was well-stocked and very clean!

Stadard double was good. Family room was big and spacious. We enjoyed the bath tubs in both rooms. Rooms were clean. Breakfast were very good, yummy. Staffs were all friendly and really helpful. Helped us book taxis and adviced all the possible transportation back to seoul. Location was also great, near the city hall. We liked our stay!

Everything else was fantastic. The price and the location are generally most important to me and they did well here. Although I didn't really enjoy the breakfast, it's a cool option and I think most people would appreciate it.

The cleaning staff and schedule is my only complaint. I made it clear I wanted cleaning service and asked when they would be done and was given a late morning to late afternoon window. After being gone all day to give them time, I returned with less than 15 minutes left in their set window and my room still hadn't been touched. I had to talk to the front desk and ask why my room had been skipped before they sent someone to refresh it.

Great location. Not a seedy love motel. I like that breakfast was available.

Brackfast time starts at 7 am. It does not fit with my schedule leaving at 6:30 am.
