Great Location

Actually I would like to say we stayed in Rm 204 on our return home trip and the room was good. On our first trip we stayed in Rm 105 and the mattress sagged on 1 side. They said they use the bottom rooms first and when they have more booking they use the top floor. (this stay the whole place was full & we had a top floor room) If we book again I would only take a top floor room.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were no problems in our room at all.

The property looked a bit underwhelming when we arrived. It is obviously an older building, and I will admit to being concerned at first. The night clerk was a bit short with me as well. I couldn’t hear her well and when asked to repeat herself she seemed to be snippy. Maybe she was just tired though. As a night worker, I well understand!

The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. It smelled clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the floors didn't have any stains. You can tell it was remolded recently which is nice, keep in mind this is a 2-star hotel so don't expect 5-star amenities and rooms! Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the hotel was worth the price.

The only critique was the "free" breakfast. Unfortunately, this means honey buns, packaged granola bars, and crackers. We typically stay at places that provide breakfast so it's one less meal we need to pay for or worry about so this was a small disappointment for us.

For the price, the room was great. The room was really clean which was really important to us.

The pillows were a little small, but doable. Only three pillows on the bead. Four would have been better.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on our way to Atlanta recently and had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and check-in was easy. We had clean towels, the beds were comfortable, there was no noise from the road out front. We were able to park in front of our room to make unloading and reloading our car easy. I had reserved the hotel through Booking.com and had no issues. We did not get up for breakfast, so I can't review that, but the shower had great water pressure, although the water was lukewarm part of the time. Probably just because we did not get up early and others in the hotel did. We did not travel with pets, but I'm confused about this being a pet friendly hotel, because when I checked in, the gentleman that checked us in said 'no smoking, and no pets'! I would definitely stay here again!

By far the cleanest neatest roadside hotel we’ve been at. The room was a good size, bed comfortable, sheets clean and fresh - it was brand new. Way nicer than any of the big brand places we’ve stayed at. The couple at the front were welcoming and helpful. Our dog was welcomed ($20 fee) and we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a great hotel- the Serenity Inn in Sweetwater is the place to stop.

Only complaint was the coffee… a bit weak but husband liked it!!

Check in was a breeze, when we got there, all we had to do was pay the extra pet fee for our two dogs. We were placed on the back side of the hotel closest to where the dog relief area was, so we literally had to walk out the door and across the parking lot to let our dogs do their business.

Not sure how often the air conditioner filters are cleaned, I'm allergic to dust, so I had woke up with a scratchy throat. This was a minor inconvenience however...most places are like this!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable with nice pillows and the best blankets and comforters of any hotel I have been to in a long time. Much better than the more expensive hotels. They had a nice laundry area with ice and a workout area. Not that I did that, but I could have.

I didn't like having to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs due to no elevator, I didn't like that the laundry room only took cash and coins instead of my card. That's pretty much it.

For travelers going between Canada and the US, this place is very convenient to I-75 with a large grassy area to play catch with pets - very helpful after a long drive. Our room was recently renovated with a very comfortable bed. It's not fancy, but clean, comfortable and fine for a single night, if you don't need breakfast (there is a McDonald's next door). Seems like very good value for money. The pet fee is reasonable.
