Good location, room was clean but had heavy chemical smell (cleaning/deodorizer). One bedspread had large cigarette burn right in the middle of the mattress.

The bedspread with the burn hole right in the middle of it disturbed me. I realize I booked a smoking room, but why would you put damaged decor on your beds? I felt kind of like I was getting punished for someone else's carelessness.

The location was close to the softball fields we were playing on.

Twice me and my husband felt like we were being watched by the front desk guy. He followed me into the breakfast area when I went to get silverware. He did the same to my husband when he went in there to get us coffee.

staff and owner Very accommodating and very polite I felt like a guest at their home.

The properties next door or on the side have a lot of trash.

It was close to the interstate and restaurants.

We didn't have cleaning service requested on our door and they came in. They also did shut the door all the way a few times. Lastly, we have to get our key card updated daily for our door to be unlocked.

The staff was helpful and courteous, the room was clean and easy to get too. I loved the very hot water and water pressure of the shower, and the bed was super comfy!

The check in smelled like moth balls, which made me want to check the room before staying to make sure the room did not have the same smell. I highly recommend airing the room out and getting a clean and fresh smell that is inviting and speaks cleanliness not old and musty.

Breakfast was good. Did not run out of anything. Waffles, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal with milk. Breakfast area was clean. Room was clean. No issues with air conditioning.

Our stay was nice. The facility was very clean and maintained. In my opinion the coffee was excellent, but the breakfast was not what I expected for the $12 that was included in with the price of the room. Most days it was cold cereal, milk, toast, butter and jelly; coffee, bananas and fruit juice. One day there was bagels and citrus fruit added.

Front desk person didn't speak great English, but was friendly. He did not understand me when I said I booked a room for 1, but the confirmation showed 2 people. I had messaged the hotel earlier to tell them I booked for only one person and wanted to know if there was a price difference, but never received a reply. I just wanted to make sure I did not pay for 2 people.

Owner was very welcoming for us arriving at almost 2 in the morning. My son loved the waffle maker. Very quiet and beds were comfy
