I liked the cleanliness of the room and facility overall. Extra amenities include pool, workout room, business center and reliable WiFi. Multiple options offered during continental breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was hot and replenished regularly but the scrambled eggs and sausage (soy?) patties lacked flavor. No water or orange juice available; drink options limited to coffee/tea, milk, cranberry juice and apple juice.

Clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, restaurant within walking distance, got a discount at the restaurant because of our stay at hotel.

Only one thing and it wasn’t the hotels fault but their elevator went out of order and we had to haul our stuff down the stairs. But it was a minor inconvenience.

We were pleasantly surprised to find lower cost hotel that was this clean and nice. Will definitely stay again. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The front desk person was warm and helpful❤️

Booking.com said can cancel without penalty however deceiving it was a 48 hour window. We booked same day hoping to make it to the hotel. We drove until 11pm once we found we couldn’t cancel.

Overall, it was an okay visit. The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable.

There were baby roaches on our end table when we arrived. We were afraid to fall asleep at first. We did not want any crawling on us while we slept. There were hairs in the shower that were not ours. The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep very well. The breakfast needed a little more. If someone is lactose intolerant or gluten-free, there are not many choices.

Location was great. Did not have the breakfast as we left well before the time breakfast was served. The staff was very accommodating and very pleasant to us.

Having an actual shower instead of a tub shower. Our bed was slanted slightly down toward the head of the bed.

The hotel was extremely busy when we arrived. The front desk attended had to deal with several unhappy people as there were no rooms left. Despite the unhappy people the front desk attended stayed in a wonderful and happy spirit!!!

Very nice place to stay. Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. The courtesy breakfast was also great.

Booking.com charged us 10% MORE than what we would have paid booking directly with the hotel.

The room was very nice and clean, the receptionist was so nice and talked to us while checking us in so it wasn’t awkward silence, she gave us free drink tickets for a restaurant down the road

Location was great. Easy access Staff was very nice and friendly from the desk clerks to the housekeeping and breakfast staff! It was clean and nice sized rooms Wish we would have had time to go to the Ruby Tuesdays that was right next door!

Cereal was stale. Served in the plastic containers. Would have been better in boxes like other comfort inn hotels Small selection of pastry products Rooms were dated as far as technology. Needs USB ports available Very few outlets readily available for charging devices. Bring your cubes! Didnt realize my stay didn’t count for the promotion currently going on because I didn’t reserve from their website
